The staff here is fantastic! It’s your “average” teriyaki, nothing special but not bad at all, decent price for the portions and you get potstickers with your dish if you’d like for an additional $1-2. Not my favorite sauce and the spicy version isn’t spicy at all.

THE BEST TERIYAKI SPOT IN PDX!!!!! Friendly staff, hole-in-the-wall kinda environment, but BOMB food!! I eat here about once a week, I'll never get bored! Also, this is the first time I'm trying their cookies... And, of course, they're delicious, too!
Kid-friendliness: Would (and have) brought my kids here. They LOVED the food, too. Picky eaters, so this is HUGE +++ in my book
Grabbed chicken teriyaki here today and it was the perfect spot for lunch. The service was really the best part though, folks here are incredibly friendly, prices are fair, we will be back.

After a date with my husband downtown we went on a Wednesday afternoon to Kokiyo Teriyaki. My husband ordered chicken yakisoba and I ordered the honey chicken. The cashier was extremely sweet and knowledgeable and friendly. We also order the Gyozas, egg rolls and the tempura prawns. When the food arrived the only con was the side orders weren’t that good. But the pro out weighed it because the main entrees were amazing. I wished that this restaurant was down in salem because I would come here on the weekly. You can tell the place was extremely popular and I understand why. When we come back up, I will make it a point to come back. I also bought a cookie for my husband and he said it was amazing

Walked in because I smelled the food from outside. Excellent service and amazing spicy pork. Portions are great not even considering the meals are already underpriced. Will definitely be coming back to try the Chicken Katsu.

Make sure to double check your to go orders. I ordered veggie yakisoba to go and I forgot to double check other peoples work because I was tired from my own. 27 dollars later I got home and found food i can't eat and didn't want to drive across town.
Actually so good! The service was great, the girl at the counter was super friendly and the food was steaming hot when it was brought to us! Great prices, plenty of seating and parking was right out front 🙏

Holy heck, one of the best lunch spots I've come across in a long time. Big portions of some of the best darn teriyaki. Eat 2/3rds and take the rest home in a to go :).
