First time here, liked the service, the lady at the register was super friendly. Ordered the burger special which came with drink and fries, and it was tasty. I also liked the restaurants vibes, it gave me like early 2000s nostalgia.

The service and attention are excellent, the food is prepared with fresh ingredients and the portions are generous, the price is perfect and the place is extremely clean and I mention it because some establishments do not take care of the cleanliness of the place, the best in the area .

New owners recently took over after 20+ years. Very nice people but they changed the Teriyaki sauce. That is the base of most menu items the the main reason we ate there. Sadly they lost our offices business due to the changes. Please go back to the original taste.

Best teriyaki in town. Highly recommend Qi's spicy pork. I have family who drive clear across town for the teriyaki chicken. They can't get over how much food you get for the price. Owners are always super friendly. Everything is cooked to order so this is our go to for lunch and dinner take out.

The food had a very nice char to it I haven't really gotten from other places and I deeply appreciated that. The egg rolls were good too considering I don't really like egg rolls. It was nice and crispy with a very satisfying crunch.
I am generally not a big fan of chicken teriyaki but a friend recommended I try it here. I am SO glad I tried it! It’s moist and flavorful, you can tell it is cooked to order instead of sitting on the grill getting dry like at some places. My family had the spicy tofu (yum) and spicy pork (also tasty and moist). All orders come with a generous portion of rice and veggies. Bang for your buck, you can’t beat this place. It’s so tough to find a lunch for under $15.00 anywhere that is yummy and filling. Kokiyo teriyaki definitely checks those boxes. It is clean and comfortable, they have great counter service and they are consistent. I highly recommend!
