Like others on here ive been in this area many times but have never seen this spot, I stopped in today to a loud and welcoming greeting and I knew I was in a good place. Theatrics are great, and for the price you pay the value is there. I no longer will hit up panda express or fast food joints in this area because I can just come here and get REAL food that actually tastes good and doesnt make me feel terrible or bloated. The customer service was top tier and they truly care....

Best teriyaki in town! Owners are so kind, kitchen staff is so friendly. Meal is always perfect. Veggies are always steamed and fresh, not full of oil. Chicken is always cooked to perfection, not burnt. Rice is always light and fluffy not mushy or stale. Once you try, you'll never go anywhere else for teriyaki

I love going here after track, every time the owners are funny and kind .And the food is the best teriyaki I’ve ever had. It fuels me fully after a long day. I love koko chicken!!
