Lovely coffee, cool atmosphere. They have a good variety of drink options. The ginger cream cold brew is super tasty and balanced! Super friendly team there too!

I'm a person with dietary restrictions on sugar, New management recently got rid off all sugar free options outside of basic stevia packets. As someone who comes here daily with his girlfriend we will no longer be coming here due to what I can onlu assume is a managers petty cost saving methods.Dietary restrictions: No sugar free options, diabetics go elsewhere

I’m not one to write reviews, however I think it needs to be said.I won’t be coming back here, not because the coffee, but the service.I love the ginger coffee, amazing drink! However each time I go (7-9 times in 3 months) there might be a particular young woman working who is so fake, disingenuous and above all…unwelcoming. She claimed to be the owner, and I was shocked - That the leader of the team is so unwelcoming. Now I know people have off days in the customer service industry but as a person who’s worked in a customer service, it’s important to treat every single person the same, consistently. On separate occasions waiting for my amazing coffee…I did notice service with this particular lady changes depending on the sex of a person. I’m not making any bold assumptions. It’s just an observation. And since I’m not the one that enjoys cross-dressing …I think it’s time to give up that amazing, addictive, delicious, ginger coffee. The other staff members are nice.Good luck “Owner” ~

I went to Kopi last time I was in Portland and just had to visit it again. I love their unique concept of blending southeastern touches to their coffee flavors. Their kedai susu is a MUST, you won’t find it anywhere else in Portland (or maybe the entire west coast). It tastes almost like a chai latte but more coconut-y.They have a seating area but their hours are really limited. Everyday they close at 2pm so it’s not really meant for afternoon studying. Parking in this area is hard so you better hope you get lucky with street parking.

There are far better coffee shops in Portland, wouldn't recommend this one. Coffee is mediocre, and you have to walk around a neighboring house to enter their bathroom from outside. The seating area feels like a dark and cold basement without windows. In addition, I did not have a positive exchange with the barista today and felt unwelcome and burdensome. She seemed annoyed that I was struggling to grasp how they use a French press for drip coffee when I asked her if she meant they have small French presses, being cautious as I didn't want more than 12 oz of coffee. Turned out they just use a French press to prepare the coffee before putting it into the large standard pump style decanters.
