I received donuts that should've been freshly made given the time of day. Instead I received stale donuts that felt worse than store bought.
I'm disappointed.

Went through drive thru and ordered a couple dozen donuts. The man who took my order was very rushed and not friendly. When I went to pay and asked to redeem a free donut that I had in my rewards, the girl taking my payment asked the older man for help, he asked for my number and argued that I didn’t have any free donuts. I showed them my phone and where on the app it said I could redeem a free donut, he kept arguing that I didn’t have a free donut. The girl taking my payment was very nice and looked embarrassed by his behavior. I didn’t want to hold up the line and just paid for my other and parked then ordered my free donut on the app and walked inside to pick it up. Ridiculous!

went today to get a dozen donuts for my birthday. had an account on the app and when i showed up i was told i needed my ID. no problem, went back home and came back a few minutes later with my ID- showed it to the older man working the counter and he tried to tell
me it wasn’t my birthday and it wasn’t for another week. This man was looking at the ISSUE DATE on my ID. not my DOB which was clearly underneath my picture. I tried to repeatedly show him the actual birthdate underneath my picture but he didn’t seem to understand and just waved me off and only giving me one donut. so just know if you want your birthday dozen- they’ll fight you for it.

Fun to watch the doughnuts made. Selection wasn't that much. Original doughnuts are always the best. Service was ok, they didn't know how to input a coupon.

The mini glazed donuts are ridiculously overpriced, as are most of everything else they sell here, unfortunatley. Everything from the “specialty” donuts at $2.89 to the glazed minis which equal $1.30 each and they are maybe the diameter of a can of Coke… and those are the bigger ones.

The service left something to be desired. Actually A LOT to be desired. The younger Hispanic guy with the hairlip “helped” me, if you can even call it that. He was able to process my card, but magically when it came to anything having to do with their app it was as though I was Speaking Swahili to him. Radio silence. Blank stare. Refers me to yet again the app. Pretty rude, honestly… any question I had regarding points, he told me to open the app and look for myself. Sorry child, but when a customer asks you a simple, unobtrusive question, you could at least ATTEMPT to answer it. However, apparently he wasn’t trained properly on how to approach customer service and he would much rather cut me off in mid-sentence, refer me to the app and then sit And expect a tip from me. IF THIS IS IS ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR, THIS PLACE IS AS BIG OF A JOKE AS THEIR PRICES ARE…

The vancouver location is much nicer and worth the trip up there, especially so you can avoid this awful location. They need to not only learn how to train employees, perhaps they need an entirely new management team since this one’s sub parr training abilities result in entitled and under informed employees who think they deserve $20/+tips an hour. Sorry buttercup, if you can’t even handle something to simple as to answering a question regarding how many points it takes to earn a free donut… you probably won’t be able handle the rest of life’s challenges. Not worth the glaze I dropped In my lap while eating the mediocre donuts!

Everything was fine but we bought 8 filled donuts and 6 had been inserted into the cream machine but had no cream in it whatsoever. I was left disappointed because those donuts are expensive but had no cream. Not sure what the point was if there was no cream.

Bought 6 donuts in drive-through and was charged $12.98! None were special, just regular.
Over $2.20 per donut is rediculous!
Will never come back! Heavenly Donuts are better and reasonably priced.

The coffee lid is the worst in history. There is a 100% chance it will dribble lava-hot coffee on you.
Minus one star for the lack of any unglazed option... cowards.

Krispy Kreme never disappoints. Unfortunately, they did this time. Doughnuts were irregular inside and out (see photo). I filled out the survey via my receipt within 2 days. I checked the box to be contacted about it, but I never heard back. So, here I am. Please do better, Krispy Kreme.

The prices are just not worth it. I got a dozen hot glazed for $16.99 here, and that was already way above what I expected to pay. I come back a week later and find out they charge $16.99 regardless of hot or cold 🫠
They charge $18.99 to choose your own assorted, including glazed, so why is anyone wasting their money on a basic dozen glazed here? They literally sell a dozen glazed for $10 at Fred Meyers now!
There's a bunch of Mexican bakeries within 5 minutes of here that are way more worth your money.

Good donuts, but drove 1 hour at 7am for filled original and sold out.. a little disappointed.. maybe better planning. 1 hour is a long drive.

Donuts are the opposite of amazing…very little flavor, glazed are mostly air, completely uninteresting unless you have a specific kind of genetic makeup that makes them taste better than cardboard with frosting.

Kid-friendliness: They didn’t complain about our 4 screaming grandkids on a sugar high, so kudos for that.

Racism… We walked in , no acknowledgment whatsoever waited for people ahead to get checked out and then the cashier just took off to the back … Waited and then comes a kid and started helping the “white “family behind us and yes we are a “Colored” family. Told the kid we have been waiting and were there before the other family and he just said oh well you shouldn’t have moved forward.. Are you kidding me? You all should pay more attention to your customers and management should provide more training on how to be friendly and helpful because apparently that’s not something they know how to do.
