Just met the lovely owners Gagan and Kiran the other day at our local dog park. After chatting over our cute dogs they disclosed that they own this gem of an ice cream shop. I went that very night with friends after eating at Eem, it was delicious and a lovely complement to the great food we had just had. Gagan assured me I could try every flavor which I very nearly did. Settled on a split scoop of the golden milk and kaapi. Highly recommended!!!
Oh man. I was with a friend at the Saturday market when I saw the kulfi cart and stopped in my tracks. I hadn't had kulfi since I left the bay area, and they did not disappoint! The taste, the texture, the portion size - all of the fun and none of the guilt. If you want a decadent sweet treat, go find them!
I highly recommend checking out Kulfi PDX on your next trip to Portland. Amazing popsicles with the perfect amount of creaminess and super flavourfulness. All natural ingredients and unique flavour combinations! 100% will be visiting again
