Highly recommended milk tea and bubble tea. Mango shake is good, too.

Good location good service. I ordered purple yam latte, they ran out of medium cups so it's an automatic surcharge of $0.90 upgrade to Large.... This drink has no room to reduce on sugar level so it's hella hella sweet. Will not order this drink again. For $7 I can get better drink

The young lady at the counter was nice and informative. She was working by herself but she was able to get the drinks right out! Our mango slushes were sweet!

It would be nice if they actually opened at 11:00 a.m. If your employees are going to show up 20 minutes late to open, you might as well just change it to 11:30.

I came to this location in search of the pikmin straw toppers and luckily they still had a few left. I had the pikmin slush which I think was still quite sweet even at fifty percent sugar level. The second drink was a pikmin punch at thirty percent sweetness and I would say that for me it was perfect. I like that you can adjust the sugar and ice level for drinks that you order. Both drinks were very refreshing specially on a hot summer day.The staff was friendly. This location is inside Pioneer Place mall.

Took 20 min bc they forgot to hand me my order and had it next to their machine….. and it was made wrong. At least they were nice.
Wanted to order a matcha red bean slush. The cashier said they were out of red bean and offered to swap the topping, so I asked for boba only to later discover they atrociously charged me extra for the substitution as if the fact that they ran out of red bean was irrelevant. The slush itself was alright, boba pearls could have been better. Think they also had a child working at the drink pickup.

They don’t have non-dairy milk.
