The best Chinese food in the city! I will drive the 10 miles, past a half dozen other Chinese restaurants, to Kwang Chow, for the fried shrimp alone. 15 jumbo prawns deep fried to perfection. It’s really the best old school style. They don’t go for experimentation and asian “fusion” whatever that is. They just make the most delicious straight forward classic Chinese food, I’ll say it again, in the whole PDX.Parking: Easy parking decent size lot.

Yikes! I'm not sure how this place has so many good reviews, maybe it's better in the restaurant and we got to go. Everything tasted so bland. We tried chicken lo mein, beef lo mein, salt and pepper shrimp, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef, and broccoli. There was hardly any beef in beef and broccoli. Salt and pepper shrimp were delicious, and everything else was a miss! The prices are outrageous for the actual lack of flavor. There are much better Chinese places in the neighborhood.

This was the absolute best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The tempura on the shrimp and sweet and sour chicken was perfectly done, best ever. The food didn’t taste cross contaminated like most places that deep fry, and the egg roll was crispy on the outside and the inside was soft, and the bbq pork was real and tasted amazing. I would come back anytime for sure!

I had a pregnancy craving for egg foo young and fried rice. Ordered the #1 combo. The egg foo young is drowned in the sauce, greasey tasting, mushy in texture- overall didn't taste like egg foo young. Wouldn't go here again, wasn't worth the money, and overall bad quality.

The server complained that they did this because of covid and that she had to wash the dishes. CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN if you can't do the basics like oh... A FREAKIN PLATE! Don't waste your time or hard-earned money here.
