Lua has an extensive menu of Vietnamese entrees offering a great mixture of carbs, meat, and veggies, from banh mi to several noodle dishes. They offer several different types of proteins as well, and my favorite is their lemongrass pork. The food is seasoned well but not extravagantly so, with tons of fresh and natural flavor. We had the rice wavy rolls with betel leaf beef and a dried noodle wonton bowl. The foods were delicious, authentic flavor. We used the QR code to ordered from Square; I also saw the chef came out to take order from an older couple manually. We also had the Jasmine Milk Tea which were rich in tea flavor, good milk and sweetness ratio. One suggestion I would make is yo have the accompany fish sauce less concentrate and add some sweetness to it.
