Literally worse tacos I've ever eaten. I ordered 5 tacos de pastor and I couldn't even finish wasting the first one it was so gross. Idk if they gave me the wrong meat or what but the meat tasted old and nothing like I've ever had before. I wasted my money buying food from here . Don't waste ur money yall

Gross!!!! Worst Mexican ever!! I ordered a bean and cheese with guacamole and got a burrito that was 95% stale dry rice, no beans or cheese or guacamole! The rice tasted so bad that I threw up and had thoughts of cockroaches and workers with poor hygiene! It was so awful! My food arrived in polystyrene plastic containers with plastic utensils I DID NOT ASK FOR!!! (It's that kind of place,,,) This left me feeling really shitty when I had to put the container in the garbage instead of recycling. These people do not care about our environment. I was better off buying from Taco Bell! Run away from this waste of money poor business!

I ordered on Uber eats because I was stationed downtown for work and there wasn't anything I could walk to for food. I debated giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I mean... it was edible? I got a carne asada burrito, the meat has to be the lowest quality meat I've ever tasted in a burrito, and it definitely was not carne asada. Calling that meat carne asada is like calling boiled unseasoned chicken "pollo asado". It was the blandest burrito I've ever tasted, the rice didn't even try to resemble Mexican style rice. Overall it just left a bad taste in my mouth after, and was really not good at all. On top of that, it took FOREVER once the delivery person got to the restaurant for them to actually receive the food and start heading towards me. I was really hungry, but I barely even ate half of this thing because it was just not enjoyable to eat at all. This is not Mexican food. This is bland mush that lacks really any flavor at all.

I will say that we ordered online and had the food delivered so that may affect the quality of our experience. With that said, we didn't receive our food as ordered, with the rice and bean sides of the combo being left out, and what we did get was pretty subpar. The chips and salsa included an unusually small amount of rather stale tortilla chips as well. It was all pretty dry and didn't taste great. I couldn't recommend ordering online, but maybe the dine-in experience is better.

Ordered the birria burrito, and it was honestly the best burrito I've ever had! The meat was fall apart tender. I got it with both red and green sauce. The red sauce is creamy, and SO hot. I love super spicy food, so it was perfect, but this would definitely be too spicy for some people. I usually love green sauce, and this sauce was fine, but the meat inside the burrito was so flavorful that I didn't need it at all. First time trying Lani's, I actually found it via Doordash, as one of the only places open for delivery at almost 3am. My expectations were low because it was the middle of the night, but this place truly shocked me with an incredibly delicious burrito at 3am.

Food was absolutely amazing. We don't live In the area and it's one of the best steak burritos we have ever had. We will be returning next time we are in town. Good job guys!

Really good food. Service is quick. Prices are good. The couple that run this place are so nice and sweet. I came in and even got water for my dog. They have good outdoor seating as well as indoor.

I stopped in with some genuinely high hopes and this place did not disappoint! The papusas were top notch, the service was great, and overall it was a great experience. Definitely worth checking out!

Place pretty much just a guy and his wife. I've only ever ordered in Spanish but don't let that deter you. Absolutely BEST Pupusas in Portland, HANDS DOWN. This is the place to go. $4 each and they come with all the cabbage toppings and hot sauce
