A little piece of flavor from home, carnitas or “fried pork” taco really took me back home, hard to find a good taco so far away from Mexico. Chef is definitely cooking with heart, you can taste it on how juicy and tasty that taco was.
The chicken taco was good, wasn't my fav take on mexican food, the meat didn't seem seasoned enough and the avacdo sauce seemed kind of bland for what I'm used to. Overall was a great experience. The lady was very kind and hospitable, but the mexican food was a basic style for people who don't like any spice at all. I'll prob come back since it's close by, location is ok just so close to the street but a nice small sitting area.

Fine. I’ll elaborate. All the meats were solid. Nothing over the top, just chill, flavorful goodness that hits right without trying too hard. You eat one, think “nice,” and by the third you’re already planning your next visit.
