Great flavors and well-prepared food made from fresh ingredients help La Naranja stand out in a sea of Mexican food carts. I've always been happy with my food here, but the special wings and fried plantains in molé negro tonight was really next level. The molé in particular was a treat - chocolate and pepper but so much more, it complemented both the savory wings and sweet plantains. I hope that special sticks around because I'm going to be thinking about it!
Decided to give their quesabirria a try tonight! Good portions & great presentation however, it was a bit spendy in my opinion ($45 after everything & tip). The rice & beans were okay - nothing special. The tacos & consume were pretty good however.
Stopped by for an early dinner and just couldn’t pass up La Naranja’s new taco salad (with pastor). We’ve been here before and loved everything, but this item definitely takes the cake! 🔥
