We were fortunate to be at Langbaan for their seafood tasting menu. Every single dish was balanced and flavorful beyond belief. The dishes were small, as you expect from a tasting menu, but we left stuffed-it’s more than enough food. The staff explained every dish and made recommendations on how to eat them, all of which were spot on. Additionally, the staff were true professionals, just attentive enough but never overbearing. It is absolutely a special splurge meal, but honestly...

I recently visited this place for a friend's reunion, and it happened to be their vegetarian week. It was my first time trying a full vegetarian menu, and I have to say, it was a wonderful surprise! The dishes were creative and full of flavor – we even had banana blossom, which was a unique and tasty experience.
