Langbaan’s Thai-Muslim–inspired tasting menu was incredible! We started with delicate bites like the Miang Som (shrimp, pomelo, betel leaf) and the Kanom Krok (scallop in coconut cream, crispy rice cup), Gang Kahri- venison tartare which was delicious! An extraordinary experience. It's a set menu with two sittings per night so service was smooth and well coordinated. The food was amazing. The service attentive but not fussy. A very special night. It's not an inexpensive meal but I think it's well worth it. We will be back.
