Always FIRE!! In more than one way - if you like spicy; this is the spot!
Pick up a variety of dishes and thought the food was really good and they give you a pretty good amount of food for the price which in all honesty, is a bit high for a food cart. However overall food taste delicious!

I’ve been to pretty much every Thai food restaurant in Portland and this place by far has the best noodles. Not sure how they do it but every time I go to another restaurant I wish I was eating their noodles instead. The owners are really kind and accommodate special requests. Highly recommend. ❤️

Super friendly service, but the curry was super oily and the noodle sauce felt kind of sticky and cheap. I think other dishes are better - or maybe it was an off day!

Very yummy , and generous portions. New favorite Thai spot! Just a warning - their “medium” is HOT!! I was not prepared and had to pace myself . I usually order medium spice but this was next level. It’s so yummy tho, I’ll probably go mild next time

Huge portions, friendly staff, covered patio for easting, truly spicy if you ask for it. Highly recommend the yellow curry fried rice!

I got the popcorn chicken medium hot. I would say habaneros are my go to pepper for spice and I worried medium would not be enough (they do mild medium hot). It was more than I bargained, I had to pace myself over my very tasty meal. I cherish that it was too hot for me, I'll probably go mild next time, so this is just a cautionary tale for others who think they want hot. Super good food, incredible service with a personable touch, highly recommend.

5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ foods was amazing perfect taste . Thank you so very much Lao thai kitchen, your rock. 🥰🥳🥳🥳🇱🇦🇹🇭🙏
Everything has been superb when I’ve been here. I haven’t strayed from the nam khao as far as entrees go - it’s one of the dishes I crave the most and they definitely don’t disappoint! It’s the best one I’ve found in PDX - the flavor is well balanced and the lettuce is always fresh and in-tact, perfect for wrapping.
I’ve also tried the Lao jerky and spring rolls, both of which I’d also highly recommend - the Lao jerky is particularly flavorful and unique!
