Living across from this place should theoretically be whimsical and groovy, but instead it's mostly just trying to keep the house cool by opening the windows in the evening but we usually can't because it's like living next to a jukebox that only plays blues as performed by that uncle at the family party that won't stop talking about how the kids just don't understand rock n roll anymore.

Weird room made derogatory comment towards me and my group and let others in front of us seems like it’s clicks here not a public friendly place just beware if going to a show if you do not match the vibe they definitely judge you.

It is as a neighborhood pub should be in a town like Portland. Nice little stage in a room you could fill up pretty quick with regulars or fans. Divey accoutrements good humans.

If you like a dark'n'cozy bar, this is gonna make you happy. Great drink options but not too many. Rotating taps, live music, good atmosphere.

I’m so glad to have finally visited this portland institution! In spite of a packed house, I had a lovely pint in my hand within a few minutes of stepping inside thanks to the attentive bartenders. Ran into some neighbors and met a few new friends as we tapped our toes and enjoyed the bluegrass from the skillful mandolin, standup base, and guitar band who is there every other Tuesday. I look forward to checking out more live music at this spot!
