If you have the privilege of being near here on the first Saturday of the month, do yourself a favor and go see the Resolectrics. They’re phenomenal

A Portland institution, the Lauerlthirst is the go-to neighborhood pub for live music and great ambiance. A must visit anytime you're in Portland!

I would get a hamburger if you are going to eat. Really hard to screw up a burger.
I would also go here no matter what at least once to see if it is your type of place. It wasn't my type of place but it was full of people that love the place.LOVE the place!

Love the vibe here! Great live music and local crowd. The food is solid and beer prices fair ($7 for a pint). Their music both free and cover were very good! Parking can be tricky because it's street parking only. They have tables outside on the sidewalk and inside.

We love it here. On Sundays I bring my client to listen to live music. The staff is very friendly as well.

Talk about a happening neighborhood bar with live music. This is the place. I had some non-alcoholic punch mocktail that really hit the spot. Then ordered a veggie burger and fries. They give you a beeper when it’s ready you go next door which is connected to the bar side , but your order waits beside your number you throw your beeper in the basket. Genius. So theres no need to have anyone give you the food! Great system.

Fantastic music scene, and nice, heavy pours on the drinks. LOVE this place.
Awesome Old Portland fixture with constantly rotating taps (well maintained lines, btw... So important). And always good music from rotating musicians... A long time gathering for our beautiful musical community. Don't miss the open jam on Mondays, curated by Jack of Bodhi Mojo and always attracting so many talented musicians. 💖

An old-school Portland legend that should never close. Great live music, no music cover during happy hour.

Possibly the best place in the world. Possibly the best place in the universe. Great selection of beer, good food, friendly service, and awesome live music every night. What more could you want? This place is the heart of the Eastside music scene.

This local bar hosts wonderful live music. Small, but friendly, I like coming here for the music and beer. Bartenders are always friendly and focused on good service. My friends and I are looking forward to next visit there. We have never eaten here.

I love little places doing their own thing. I have been told they have live music every night. What a gift! Great food, a comfortable place, and someone making music. The band we heard was fun. I recommend the house made sunflower seed (?) burger. I had the salad as a side. Very good and satisfying!
The place is small so be prepared to squeeze in. There is a second room with more space.

Living across from this place should theoretically be whimsical and groovy, but instead it's mostly just trying to keep the house cool by opening the windows in the evening but we usually can't because it's like living next to a jukebox that only plays blues as performed by that uncle at the family party that won't stop talking about how the kids just don't understand rock n roll anymore.
