the greatest variety of music in Portland. Good food, great clientel base. Beer is wet! Portlands best gathering place, for me. love the staff, friendly while under pressure.

One of the most special spots in Portland's music scene. Great staff, regular music, and a kind community of patrons.

We went the last two nights to hear the music. My noise app showed it to be over 90db the full time both bands played. Thirty minutes at this level can cause permanent hearing loss. We ate tonight, a hamburger for me and a Bin Mi (pulled pork) for her. Asked to leave off the hot peppers and hot mayo, which was ignored. The thin fries were dry and resembled tooth picks ($3 extra).
Friendly bar staff and ok bands but too loud to sit through a second set.

Probably my favorite bar ever. Had a fantastic smash burger, best ever at the Thirst. Fabulous music venue. Make a plan to stop by.

Great bar, service was so friendly. The woman who served me (owner?) was very cool and the bluegrass band playing that night was awesome. Great vibes, great beer and great music. What more could you want? (They also sell snazzy t-shirts).

Some fun live music and shows! Food was pretty expensive for the quality tho. Grab something at the food carts before you head over

Always a great time to be had at Laurelthirst. Super random crowd for live music. Quintessential old school Portland vibes. If you want to Make Portland Great Again, this is a great model for that.
