Excellent food! We had the empanadas, wagyu tartare and grilled octopus for my birthday. It was exquisite! They also gave me a free crème brûlée for my birthday. Would definitely go again! Music was not too quiet, not too loud. Perfect volume for holding a conversation.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff could not have been nicer. We were welcomed with a card and the amazing dessert we shared (banana Carmel pie) was comped. The food was uniquely wonderful with complex and lovely flavors. This was our first visit and we have already made a reservation to come back with friends.

It's our third or fourth time here, and every time we have a fantastic experience. We only stayed for happy hour this time, but we wished we'd stayed for a full dinner because the next place just couldn't compare. Everything is fantastic, from the service to the food to the drinks. Our server was exceptional: very kind, attentive, and efficient. She offered my partner a free birthday dessert, which was phenomenal. Big thank you to the staff, especially our server. 15/10.

This was our first time to dine at Lechon and we loved it. Our daughter and a friend joined us and we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The wait staff was exceptional and we commented that we had not had this kind of service in a very long time. Food was interesting and delicious as were the cocktails. The restaurant was busy on a Monday night but we never felt rushed. It has an intimate atmosphere which just added to the great experience.

One of the best dining experiences I had. The service, atmosphere and food were all exceptional! We had 6 courses and dessert. Ceviche, foraged mushrooms and chorizo were our favorite. Passion fruit dessert was great too! Reservations are strongly encouraged.

We were a large group and Lechon was a great place for us! The food was delicious and the drinks were yummy! The waitstaff was very responsive. Unfortunately we were seated near the bathroom so the ambience was not the greatest. I think if we were placed somewhere else I would give it 4 stars. I would definitely recommend this place to other groups.

10/10 as always— Lechon truly never disappoints. This is my wife and I's favorite spot in Portland, so it was a no brainer to come celebrate her birthday here for the 2nd year in a row. The staff was very kind and the night one to remember.

Fabulous, sophisticated riffs on Peruvian and South American dishes...delicious dishes are for sharing and arrive one at a time, so enjoy grazing over the menu! For a typical couple, 4 dishes is about right...but whatever you order, don't miss the corn fritters and brisket empanadas starters, or the snapper and duck entrees! We liked the one carmenere on the wine list, but would encourage LeChon to add a few more, upgraded selections. Service was excellent, well deserving of the 30 percent tip.

We had the absolute best time and every single dish we tried was 10/10 and somehow kept getting better. The Wagyu New York strip was divine. I said “if I lived in Portland, I would be broke and fat just coming here to eat every day” 😂 shoutout to the chefs, our waitress and the bartender. You deserve all the accolades.
