I don't want to tell you that the food is always good. I don't think anyone should know that the service and drinks are some of my favorite in pdx. And if you must know, the place is relaxed and wonderful.

I'm an ex old professional bartender. I always liked this place. But the night bartender on 2/19 was a dick. He got mad at me because I was talking to my phone about a game I was playing and he got mad at me for that and kicked me out. I had been there for a while before his shift started chatting with the day bartender and having a couple of good beers. The night bartender apparently just has a crappy attitude. I didn't do anything wrong except yell at my phone. He should be fired because I watched him talk and act around other customers. Very stuck up.

This is really a staple for the neighborhood. Friendly staff, laidback vibes, excellent cocktails and surprisingly good food. The wooden bar is beautiful and they have rotating art. Huge patio, where all the smokers tend to very politely hang in one spot. We always bring guests here because anyone/everyone will love this bar.
