I ordered food outside at Smash Burger and when I went inside to use the restroom they gave me the wrong code. Food was great but I found it rude that I was intentionally denied access to the bathroom.

After shopping at the Danner Factory Store and Costco, I visited this place for a drink. It features a spacious outdoor seating area and food trucks in front where you can purchase a variety of foods. You can enjoy these dishes along with beer or other beverages offered at the brewery.
The taste of beer is subjective, so it’s hard to make a definitive judgment, but I’d recommend lighter beers over IPA for an easygoing drink.

On Sat. March 22 4pm, Went for a private party in the little private party room. The bartender disappeared frequently, was very unfriendly and when asked about non alcohol he pointed and said other building. He was so bored and offended when we needed his attention away from his fidget spinner. Staff at the other building very friendly and helpful. Food cart food was good, like most food carts with the exception of the oysters on half shell which presented well and was told by others in our party the best in Portland. Would go back, to the main building.

Guy chewed us out for not bringing our empty glasses. Worst. We always have problems with him.

When it's not used as a daycare like a lot of breweries are these days it's a pretty okay spot. The beers are fine and the food cart options are also okay especially the oyster one. But I have to say every time I've ever been here it seems like it's just being overrun by out of control children and their non-attentive parents.

I bought something off their online store. Never recieved the item. Emailed asking for refund. Owner emailed me back, stated that they acknowledge product was never sent. Many months later nothing

Level is always good. Great environment really wish they had a broader beer spectrum most of their stuff falls into the standard American 4% pale to 7% IPA range... They have it in em... Fatality is fantastic. The beer is always good the environment is always great, the food trucks here are all worth eating at. Yes go, absolutely.

Super super bummed. We drove here from Hillsboro after reading an article on citybrewtours.com declaring this to be the #1 best brewery for families with kids in all of Portland. Plus 11 Google reviews saying it had an amazing indoor and outdoor kids play area and playground, and a kid sized play food cart and toy kitchen. We bought our drinks and went to find the play area, which was nonexistent. We asked the bartender and they said, "It's pretty much just the gravel area out back", which had no lights, heat or anything. It was literally just gravel and tables. We told our 3 year old daughter we were going somewhere for her to play for the entire 45 minute drive there, and we couldn't justify making her sit at a table while we drank, so we left within 5 minutes of arriving. We gave our drinks back to the bar without more than a sip missing. We explained the situation and they were apologetic and just as confused as we were on why they had this kid friendly reputation. We basically burned $20 and wasted time and gas on 1.5 hours of driving. Just all around super heartbroken because we wasted the last couple hours of our family time in pursuit of something that was supposed to be enjoyable for all three of us. We could have just stayed home and had family time. I wish we would have called ahead to confirm, or looked for a play area before buying our drinks, but we thought several reviews and an article rating it #1 out of a list of 25 places was trustworthy. I think we would enjoy this place as adults, but I truly don't understand why so many people have hyped this up as a kid friendly place.

Edit: Thank you to the owner for the prompt response. We would be so grateful if you could process a refund. The transaction should be under Kimberly Citak/last 4 of our card is 9677. We'll be sure to try again at an earlier hour on a warmer day.

Stopped here with a friend during a bike ride along the waterfront. Such a great experience with friendly welcoming staff, a great tap selection, and a bike-friendly covered patio with a quirky vending machine. This place is well worth a stop and I can’t wait to visit again.

Lacks any shade in the dog area and the kids area is pretty minimalist but the Shuck Shack oyster truck is spectacular!

This is the best Japanese style lager in portland. The staff is friendly.

Such a cool gem-of-a-brewery just off the beaten path. Beers are 10 out of 10 and the food trucks are culinary morsels. Would walk 1.7miles to this place again…

Super nice find off airport way. We came for the oysters at the shuck truck and had some great beers to accompany them. They do a fantastic Belgian and every style we tried was excellent. The space is amazing and it goes on and on - from the front greenhouse to the backyard with Cornhole and tetherball. Plenty of shade, plenty of space. We will be back for sure. Good for larger groups or just singles. Pinball and Pac-Man inside.
