Came in at 1:25pm on Thursday, October 17 and immediately met with the RUDEST attitude ever by the guy up front. Not sure of his name, but I’m sure management can find him based on who was assigned that shift. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was just going to order fries but was told after a minute in the restaurant, in the RUDEST tone ever, “hey you, yeah well I’m closing now, there’s supposed to be 4 people working and as you can see I’m the only one so ?” while gesturing at the kitchen with an inexplicable amount of sass in his face and voice. So, why is he ranting at me, a random customer, treating me like it’s my fault?? Yet he proceeded to make clear to the lady in front of us who hadn’t yet ordered “well you’re the last one who can still order ?” If he had said it in a nicer way, I would’ve been disappointed but understanding. With the way he spoke to me, singling me out with his tone, gestures, and word choices, he deserved to be told off. Not to mention, the last time I drove out of my way to get fries in the middle of the day, they were unexpectedly closed. Not sure what staffing issues there are here but will no longer be coming ?

No evidence of the business being closed, yet they were closed during posted business hours, chairs were all put up, etc. Even the website says they should be open. ?

Atmosphere and food is okay. But do not ever place the order online. It always defaults to this location no matter which one you pick. You cannot call the restaurant - no e of the phone phone numbers work.
Super good experience. Food was hot and fresh. When I had a question about award redemption, it was answered…and I got my reward! Very nice team, worked well together. Would definitely return for take-out or dine-in.

My family loves this place but I never thought to give a review until today. We had out-of-town guests and came for some truffle fries. We hadn’t realized how close it was to a closing time. Andy the manager not only opened the already locked door for us but went above and beyond to make the fries happen. He was so kind and thoughtful! And the fries were of course so so good. I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️

I have been a customer many times , and I first want to say the food and customer service is good and consistent here . They work really hard here to provide good quality food , so no complaints needed .
However, I am writing this review as a delivery driver . Nearly every time I am here for a customer’s order , I end up waiting about 10-15 minutes for the completed orders . Maybe this does not happen for others , but it’s a pattern for me . I would really really appreciate if possible, to adjust the times that drivers are asked to report to pick up orders . I don’t know what that way is . I do know this place sticks out as having constant and long wait times . Overall a really sold place , though.
