I’ve tried to be nice and reach out to you guys through two separate departments. I put in a complaint about a recent visit of one of your cooks, cleaning his nose with a napkin and went straight to grab the cheese AND finish making food with the same gloves he wiped his nose with. I have been coming here for years and this is the first time I’ve seen something like this. Aside from this; the employees here are always so kind

Went on a Saturday and it was very busy with only one person working (curly haired kid) but he managed it well. It was a long wait but definitely not his fault. Maybe hire more people. Burger was delicious and he was nice and apologetic for making us wait.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Little Big Burger! The burger was cooked to perfection, and the truffle fries were truly out of this world. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is that we started with a self-checkout station, which wasn't my favorite. Luckily, a friendly employee noticed and stepped in to take our order, which greatly improved our experience. Would be great to have more human interaction...
