Feel like the quality and service is always hit or miss. Can never get back to back quality from this place if it isn’t one item it’s another that just isn’t done right. The staff never seem to care (who expects them to it’s predominately kids or atleast presenting). Just wish it would taste like it did the first time I tried this place.

The food was extremely overcooked, and that was after ordering a medium and they had a well done option, the portion was very small for the price, and the overall place had an extremely unappealing smell to it, that was so bad we had to leave the restaurant just to eat our meal. Very overpriced for very terrible food.

Can I start off by saying I love little big burger and have been coming here for years with my family. Today the environment was less than ideal. It was dirty. Filthy. Food and spills on the floor, chairs and tables. Had to sweep off seats before use. The girls running the place were on their phones most of the time. we were one of two groups in the place. I hate to see the environment so run down. The bar style seating area used to have plenty of chairs and napkins and sauces. It felt empty and sad. You have our love and support but would love to see it a bit cleaner.
Best burger we had in the week we spent in Portland! Alberta ave location. Friendly staff, lots of what I say kids, but probably young adults working. Friendly, but a little awkward. Burger was 10/10. I also think it was the owner who came in while i was waiting, it was so awesome to see him taking such care and getting in there with his employees removing graffiti from the windows and checking QR codes validity on posters. Really seemed like the guy cared.

Havent been here in a while—it used to be nice, but this time a lot went wrong! The employees spent their free time banging/whipping the fridges with their towels and blasting the music so we had to yell at each other. They also got several parts of our order wrong even though we ordered ourselves in the kiosk so no room for misunderstanding… it was so unpleasant in there that another couple ate on the trunk of their car outside instead of at the tables. They got rid of the fun murals so it looks like a hospital. I would certainly pick another LBB location if you’re considering eating here.
