We like their food but have been having issues with their app and delivery. The last few orders the food has been wrong and there's no support in the app or elsewhere to get the right food. Most recently, the food was picked up by the driver and then never delivered. The store doesn't have a phone number and there's no chat support of any kind. Someone got paid and tipped to not deliver the food. We order from them for our kids an embarrassing amount but after this last issue, we won't be.

The food here is amazing but two burgers took more than we could wait. 45 minutes or more. We got a refund but it was unacceptable how long it was taking and how they were prioritizing online orders over people standing waiting for food. An order was coming out every 10 minutes and the workers were practically incompetent. Very sad for the best burger place in the neighborhood

Don’t ever go to this place. The cashier is the cook, And he doesn’t even change his gloves after touching cash. Just saw him touch a 20 dollar bill then make a meat patty. Same glove. Also they are SLOW!!! 15-20 mins for your ONE cheeseburger. They make to go orders for door dash and don’t care about the people in the lobby. At all. And this isn’t a one off time, been before.AND the kicker is! There’s like 4-5 people in the lobby!!! Like wth

The food is delicious. I have a couple of pet peeves though. They have kiosks for ordering but basically no way to accept cash. The soda fountain is behind the counter so a refill is a little daunting. There’s also no where to get ketchup and utensils. All of this has to come from the counter which has self serve kiosks. So there’s a sort of a weird boundary like don’t bother the humans use the kiosk but then there are not sufficient methods to not bother the humans and just get your basics like a refill, or condiments. Little weird. Great food. Do recommend a visit. I went two days in a row both dining in and take out.

Clean place, decent food quality, less great at correctly preparing orders.Ordered pink, recieved well done. Ordered no truffle oil on the fries, recieved truffle oil on the fries. Food is made with decent ingredients, but it ceases to be worth the money if you can't make what people actually order.
