I was absolutely blown away with how busy it was and there was one cook who absolutely was amazing (( 5 stars ⭐)). He was cooking like 10 burgers at once and catering to the customers and what I believe was helping the girl who was working with him who seemed new. His name is(( Heber ))he kept his cool despite the chaos around him. This guy needs a raise !!

Ate there before moving to Portland in 2019. It was novel and okay then, quality and price wise. Now, prices are off the charts and taste is not the same. Much better burgers available in Portland than to bother with this place. Paying close to $20.00 for your food only to leave still hungry due to miniscule portions, and feeling ripped off, is not acceptible. Will not be back.

This used to be my favorite burger place but not any more. What happened to the service? This afternoon I was met by an incredibly rude lady at the register who made me feel bad about asking a question about the menu and then again when asked her about my order as she was prepping it. Arrogant and insulting. There used to be really nice people who worked here.

Well first of all we came in to your establishment and was craving a burger and instantly hit with stressful voices from your employees saying “are we ordering?” Then your cook yells that there is a 20 minute wait! Okay that’s fine but we didn’t even get a warm welcome at all and for the fact that it was sheeer Kaos in this burger joint I didn’t even get to say anything before getting yelled at saying it’s going to be a wait you need to re train your employees it’s only food I’ve work at restaurants all my life and that’s how you treat people when they come in to your restaurant I will definitely not be going to this location or even any at this point I was not happy at all and your going to lose business just for that fact and probably the worst interaction I’ve ever had at a restaurant cause we couldn’t even buy anything so here we are still hungry but finally found good ol’ roakes hope this help your employees

I love this place! The truffle fries are the best! Tonight I got the pleasure of a battle of wits by the awesome girl working by herself behind the counter. She made me laugh and I actually stuck around longer than I would have just to joke right back at her. Shes great! Even without the witty remarks this place is still my favorite burger joint!

We were the only people in the restaurant. Three people were working. No to go tickets we’re up. It took 20 minutes to get our food. They didn’t make it accurately and the fries were cold. This place has gone down hill.

I wish this could have been better. Both my cheeseburger and the fries were way too salty and it seemed to take an extraordinary long time to fix our food. The person working behind the counter (also the cook) was apologetic. Minimal decor. This is mainly a walk-in and pick-up type of place. We had to eat and this place was handy with a parking spot within a block. There was an odd odor in the restaurant and it seemed to also be in the food. Burgers were cooked to order, but I just didn't catch a great vibe with the place. If I had to go back, I could do it, but I'd rather not have to.
