Customer service had the personal touch of an angel. The food was immaculate. Mark Serano and august took great care of me and my friend I will certainly be back soon and hope to the same guys. Mark made me feel perfectly at home.

I just left, i ordered a vanilla soda which i normally get and they didnt give me that it tasted like they put water over it and just a little bit of vanilla soda, when i normally get that soda its actually taste like vanilla soda… disappointed!

Alberta LBB is amazing. We eat at, or get take out from, this location a few times a month. It is always consistently well prepared and we’ve never had any missing toppings or anything like that… ever. These burger surgeons are always super friendly, attentive and helpful. I see quite a few of the same faces working. Tonight I saw three together that I always find extra special. Mark, Noah and August are great with the public and make amazing burgers and fries!!! 👏 👏 👏
The phone doesn't even work, you can call this location and complain about your order because the number does not work!! When I seem to go to the location, the employees can never locate a manager. One employee said they didn't have a manager??? Now me being the woman who I am and used to work in food service they're always has to be a manager or a shift lead in charge Or else who's closing the establishment???
This is really unprofessional. Especially when the employees messed up on my order and I'm only calling to correct it.

we come back almost every last thursday art walk and get 2 root beer floats...they are so good, and hits the spot....the place is clean, the staff is nice, and the service great....thx so much....
