8:15 on a Wednesday night, waited 10 minutes to pick up a pizza that was ready and just sitting there because pick up warmer was broken. Either fix the equipment you installed to replace your staff or adequately staff your business.
This was the first time we'd been there in years, and we sure learned our lesson. Will be sticking with Sparky's on MLK, which isn't much more expensive and usually has enough people working to actually run the place.

The lobby is tiny, but that's kinda what you expect when all you want to do is grab your box and squirl away like a trash panda to devower good pizza. The gal at the register was kind dispite the manager groaning and barking orders, the pizza was ready exactly to the minute when she said it would be, and over all fine....dispite the managers obviuau inability to manage her own stress lol.
Great experience here. Food is very affordable, unlike most places where one slice is $9, this place is way cheaper. Although price have gone up, still better than other places.

Third time ordering a rather straightforward list of things. Nothing “custom.” Third time they forgot an item or prepared one in error. You don’t get your money back. You get 25% of the check. I’m done with them. Other locations are ok. While the food isn’t costly, it also isn’t free so COMPLETELY AVOID THIS PLACE. THE BEST THING TO DO IS HAVE YOUR BANK DISPUTE FOR YOU. It’s a football game I’m hosting and half of my items are convoluted. They spoil the moment!!
