Placed an online order for deep dish with sausage, pineapple, and onions. Pick up and get home ten minutes later, 5 minutes before they close and find deep dish sausage, pineapple, and OLIVES. Tried to call but of course nobody answered and the voice mail box is FULL, so now I can’t even let them know they screwed up my order. And yet the corporate website “Tell us how we did. The pizza kind of sucked. WAY too salty. And basically had no flavor except for the pepperoni. I was disappointed. Now I know why it's been 20+ years since my last visit. NEVER again...
I called and ordered at 162nd in advance. When I got there, they were sending customers away and saying they didn't have certain things and others said the ebt was down. Yury, Tony and and lady that started with a Y stayed open four myself and AT LEAST four other customers. I LOVE the deep dish they made. They went above and beyond for multiple families that night.
