Was super hungry and stopped by this spot since I was in the area. Upon walking in, it was empty and the person working looked very happy to see me. I was very excited to order some pho since I was craving it. I got the brisket pho. Asked for extra limes and gave a $5 tip (making my total $21). When I picked up my order, I asked if chopsticks, hoisin & sriracha were in the bag and they weren’t. I was super hungry and went home to eat. Upon opening the bag, I did not receive extra limes, on top of that, one of the limes was used and the other had a sticker on it. The hoisin was rock hard in the packet and did not come out. When I was eating my food, I was sitting in dim lighting but something just tasted really off to me. I went to the kitchen to look at the bowl and to my surprise, the meat had a green look to it, it was spoiled. Too bad I ate it before realizing… I felt incredibly sick to my stomach. I will never trust coming to this place again and I’m angry that I spent $21 on spoiled meat. I wish I could get a refund, I ended up throwing up from feeling sick afterwards. Would NEVER recommend this place. Please steer clear, not sure how they have 4 stars. I have a photo but for some reason can’t post it?

I had PHO (pronounced FUH)for the first time. This giant bowl of noodles, brisket and chives was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS.?

Vegetarian options: I’m a carnivore, so this isn’t my wheelhouse.

Parking: I parked right up to the front door o a Friday night.

I got rice with grilled pork and it was good, Pho Vans version puts this dish to shame but it was still delicious! Pho Van gives you a huge salad on the side with mint, cilantro, and all kinds of fresh greens and cucumbers bit Saigon just gives you a garnish. Still a very good back up…
