I hate to even say this but I've come here a couple times now and past two times havent met parr, I just bought the steak salad and gave my dog the steak cause I couldn't chew it enough to swallow or tear through the tendons in it. The salad was meh and the onion crisps were sawgy.. maybe I just got leftovers 😆...

Chef Jim makes fresh to order meals , Everything looks and tastes great. Great prices . Not your average food cart ! All Chef inspired foods with class and great flavor ! Homemade scones , my personal favorite meal is the Coconut rice bowl with prawns , Mango salsa and avacado slices. Yum !!
Omg, the BBQ burger was amazing, but don't get me started on the steak sandwich....it's the best steak sandwich ever!!!!!!!! French fries were cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning and paired with the best tasting ranch. Definitely will be coming back again...see ya soon.
This food cart is a GEM. The Gorgonzola Steak Mac was amazing — decadent but not too rich, and perfectly balanced by the balsamic. Super creative menu and fresh ingredients!

This is a great food cart located in what used to be called cartlandia. Now the johnson creek foid pod or something like that. They have a bar next door with live music on occasion. The shrimp bowl and tacos are great. They have a steak sando thatvis great. He does a shot gun shell(a pasta shell stuffed with sausage and wrapped in bacon and coated in a gooey bbq sause) very good. I always buy the scones too. And tge penutbutter chocolate pie! Forget about it! It us all good food.

I just ordered from this food cart for the first time via GrubHub and was very pleased. The delivery was quick, the food was warm and exceptionally delicious.I ordered the coconut rice bowl and one smoked shotgun shell. Super yummy! Maybe a new fave.
Had the gorgonzola steak mac- no lie, the best food cart food I've EVER had. The tomatoes, balsamic drizzle, and fresh green onions on top gave a beautiful fresh taste and contrast to the delicious cheesy sauce and perfectly cooked steak. And a good price too at only $14!!

Cartlandia is... Not the best of locations, when it comes to cart pods, in Portland; however, they have always had a few spots worth venturing into Felony Flats for. Loaded has definitely become one of them. The chef/owner of this cart takes his food seriously - to the continued joy of his customers. Whether it is sides, salads, or entrees, the same level of care is applied to everything. I recommend the garlic bread as a side, anything as your entree. From personal experience, I can recommend the Blackened Chicken Mac for a delicious meal as well as lunch the next day!

The ice cream sandwiches looked so good, and THEY WERE! I had the salted Carmel pretzel, and every bite was followed by an audible moan. Cookies were made by loaded, ice cream was from grocery store. The apple scone I had was also superb!
