found ourselves in the st johns area and had this pizzeria on our list to visit for a while! simple pie choices on the menu, but in my humble opinion that is the mark of a good pizza place. the pizza we chose (prosciutto with green olives) had very high quality ingredients and tasted great. the crust was next level crisp and flavorful. lombardo's has a few picnic tables outside for seating, which was a lovely way to eat a lovely pizza on a lovely autumn day. service was friendly and quick. absolutely would recommend and would return.

Hey Bob, the pizza was fantastic. Best sauce on a pizza I have had in a long time. I am not a huge tomato sauce fan, but I kept going back for more. The fresh basil was such a nice touch. Nice and crispy and foldable. Pepperoni was chef’s kiss. Thank you. So frickn’ good.

-Food-everything is practically homemade and not overly complicated. Allows a person to really taste the flavors. He has a simple menu, but has mastered it.
-location-This place has a simple design and yet elegant approach. It’s not easy establishing a business. The fact he could turn a dry cleaner place to a beautiful pizzeria is amazing.
-service- a very nice impatient person. Also, very good at explaining what you are looking for in a pizza.

My 2 year old and 4 year old both love the bar pie from this place, and I totally dig the Prosciutto and Olive pie. Bob does a great job for a two-man shop, I hope they continue to get lots of customers and grow along with the neighborhood.

I always like to order a plain cheese from any new pizza spot I try and Lombardo's hits just right. There is the perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio, very fresh red sauce zing and crust crispy on the bottom and edges. Yum! I'll be back to try the pepperoni next. I hope to see a basic caesar on the menu in the future but I like the simplicity.
Straight up good, quality stuff. Pizza rips, nice place, staff rules…plus they gave my dog pepperoni. The Bar pizza is gold standard. Only regret is that we didn’t start coming in sooner! Lucky to have Lombardo’s in the neighborhood.
