found ourselves in the st johns area and had this pizzeria on our list to visit for a while! simple pie choices on the menu, but in my humble opinion that is the mark of a good pizza place. the pizza we chose (prosciutto with green olives) had very high quality ingredients and tasted great. the crust was next level crisp and flavorful. lombardo's has a few picnic tables outside for seating, which was a lovely way to eat a lovely pizza on a lovely autumn day. service was friendly...
Hey Bob, the pizza was fantastic. Best sauce on a pizza I have had in a long time. I am not a huge tomato sauce fan, but I kept going back for more. The fresh basil was such a nice touch. Nice and crispy and foldable. Pepperoni was chef’s kiss. Thank you. So frickn’ good.
-Food-everything is practically homemade and not overly complicated. Allows a person to really taste the flavors. He has a simple menu, but has mastered it.
