I bought two live crabs here and paid the full price for ones with claws intact. However, when I got home, I found that both crabs were missing their big claws. Given that the crabs were picked by them from tanks, It really feels like the owner deliberately picked defective crabs for us, which is very dishonest.
When customers pay for live seafood, we expect fair treatment and to receive what we paid for—not to be given damaged crabs at full price. This kind of practice makes me lose trust in the store. Will never come back again.

Dishonest business. I asked an employee to pick for me the fresh geoduck while me shopping around. Geoduck was picked and left at the cashier check-out. I was not paying attention, but the geoduck was not moving as I recalled now. Definitely would not recommend to have them pick for you, more likely than not, they would give you a death one without telling you and still charge you at an alive price.
My whole family got sick in the last two days.
To the business, please BE HONEST with your customers. Otherwise, your business won't last long.

This place scams you. The woman overcharged me more than half pound of prawns, I paid almost $15 more for it. She probably noticed that I was not paying attention to the scale, she quickly removed the prawns from it and input the weight. Bring your own scale if you ever need to shop at this place.

I too was being overcharged but caught them in the act. I hate to think they could possibly be racist. They weighed my crab on on one scale along with other non Asian customers but weighed Asian customers on another scale. I asked to have mine weighed on the other scale, they took them from me and told me to leave and don’t come back. Don’t worry, I or anyone I know and neighbors won’t either. On my block, 5 out of 8 households are Asian, all of us are friends and they said that is the one place they would never go to because the quality is not very good.

The place is pretty small but they have a wide variety of seafood to choose from! Customer service was pretty quick and friendly.

Best in quality and customer service and price! We showed up because google said they closed at 8pm. They close at 7:30pm one of the workers was about to lock the door and saw us. He asked what we where trying to get. We told him and he actually unlocked the door and let us purchase our seafood. Super stand up service! Wouldn't go anywhere else! ?
