We stopped by the division location on Saturday three days before they were moving to a new location we ordered two of the # 1 burritos carne asada and pinto beans and cheese,18.00 each.we got our food and I noticed they were skinny and upon first bite very little meat mostly beans and I guess cheese, definitely not worth the price, just thrown together ,would not eat there again.

Hands down best burritos in Portland. No contest. Grew up in the bay area, spent a lot of time in Arizona and Los Angeles. Love our city, but have been unable to find a burrito spot that holds a candle. Prices are totally on point with the quality product they deliver. Pumped to have found this place!!!

An absolutely phenomenal breakfast burrito! Each of the components of this burrito are carefully thought out and could stand on their own. The eggs were perfectly fluffy, unlike so many breakfast burritos I’ve had in the past where the eggs are slapped onto the cooktop with heaps of oil resulting in an overcooked experience. This was nothing of the sort! Beautifully prepared. The potatoes were crispy and delicious. The green salsa was so incredibly fresh you would be amiss to go without it. I walked away experiencing one of the better breakfast burritos I’ve had, period. At the moment I’m on a lactose-free diet so I had to ask for the queso blend to be omitted. I can only imagine how much more delicious this burrito would have been with it included. This spot is totally worth the drive out!

Honestly, the hype is right. This place isn't that good for the food and the price. I hate to write a bad review but it's just missing the mark on so many different levels. The Agua De Jamaica had literally zero flavor. It was just colored water. The spicy Guajillo and Mexican chocolate cookie had no discernible spice but was good for a chocolate cookie. As for the burritos, they were alright but not $12-$17 dollars good. If you are gonna charge that much and up charge for guacamole at least spread it out, lots of stuff was pooled onto one end. My partner thought they forgot the Guacamole but it was all on the very bottom. The Tejano style queso was ok and I am not sure if it's intended to be that thin but you couldn't really get much on a chip when dipping since it was so liquidey. Then like a week or two later I saw a charge on my credit card and I was like "Woodsman Tavern"?!?!? What the heck? Then it clicked and I was like oh yeah the burrito place, but I used to work at the Woodsman many years ago, so weird just update the POS.

Surprised to see all these low reviews! I'm from California and yeah, these burritos are small compared to most, and still more expensive than average, and they have a salsa or two that doesn't do it for me...but I don't think the food here is really comparable to other spots. the sweet potato/poblano mix is great .. and I *hate* sweet potatoes. The carnitas and asada are probably the best I've had up here. The tortillas are perfection. Anyway...food is just expensive now. I do think the restaurant could work on ways to cut costs, maybe hew a bit closer to classics and consistency so people don't have to commit to a "burrito concept" when ordering. They do the essentials (tortilla, meat, beans, salsa) well enough that I don't think a menu of a bunch of unique burritos adds much to the strength of their offerings. If they can cut costs by cutting a menu item or two they probably should. And you all should probably give this place another shot.

Burritos were good. Queso was fine. The sauces were pretty good and made the burrito taste good. I felt like some of the flavor in the burrito was lacking without the sauce… chips weren’t my favorite.Lots of beans and rice with some other toppings lightly added in. I went with my husband and we got a total of 2 burritos and chips and queso. Our total was $48. It was like we went to a fancy restaurant without receiving any of the benefits. This price was with no drinks. We were trying to hold back because of the prices already. They automatically charge you a fixed tip which is a red flag to me. And we waited about 35 minutes for our 2 burritos. We sat at one of the tables they had outside but I guess they don’t clean them behind each customer, because ours was dirty. Not a fun experience.

Scale 1-5 Tortilla 5 Meat 3 Beans 4 Size 2 (I used to have a roomate when I lived in San Diego who had a burrito blog and this would easily be a 0-1 on his scale...but Portland hits different so I'll generously give a 2) Salsa 0 (none in burrito despite advertising both Roja and Verde in the burrito. None offered to compliment the burrito) Service 1 (unfriendly, clearly dislike their jobs) Value 2 $17 + tip for a burrito that will leave you needing more good after might fly in... nope doesn't fly. Overall 2/5. Wanted to love this. I truly feel like if they cared a little more this could be a 4/5. Clearly they have the know how and backing to make this Portlands best burrito, but were left with another subpar burrito.

Me and my partner went here recently. We were really excited. They told us it would be a 20 minute wait so we sat in the car and waited for the text alert. Over 40 minutes went by and nothing. When we went to the door to ask for our food they told us with attitude "oh...it's right here." The burritos were good although small. Otherwise, it would be one star. It's crazy to charge that much for food, include a mandatory gratuity, make us wait over double our wait time and give us attitude with no apology when we ask for our food.

It's $13 plus a mandatory gratuity "to compensate servers" (at a window) to get a burrito that is smaller and tastes worse than one from Taqueria Lindo Michoacán or Los Gorditos down Division St. in either direction.

Best burrito I’ve had in Portland. Arguably better than anything I’ve had in

Their burritos may not be the biggest around but they are the tastiest. All of their flavors are on point.

Meh. The queso taste like it’s straight from a jar of Tostitos.

Avoid. My anemic looking burrito was mostly rice and beans + had very little meat.Tasted so bland and disappointing. After taking two bites, I actually had to go back ask the cashier for a napkin salsa. All around bummer. Would have asked for a refund but just wanted to move on from this rip off.

Solid burrito. A bit heavy on the beans and saucier than I would have liked for my personal preference, but still great.

The service was super nice and friendly. Asked for a modification not listed on their menu and they were accommodating.Food was tasty, albeit a bit spicy. The guacamole was very fresh and had a great texture.
