I am leaving with a smile and crossing the cross walk to the plaid parking lot. Everytime palabras. Everytime. The Serrano Verde salsa is gooooood. All the salsa are very quality salsa but the Serrano is very unique and incredible flavor. Burritos incredible tambien. Friendly. Punctual. Affordable. Options. Large burritos tambien also. Aaaanyways....

Years back, gorditos offered the best vegan Mexican options in town. Over the years, other options surpassed them and their quality seemed to decline and I'd almost given up after a few mediocre to bad meals there. More recently though they seem to be coming back and I've been impressed with how much higher quality and flavorful the food has been so fingers crossed it remains good for the foreseeable future
The Vegan Soy Curl Tinga Burrito included soy curls in mild tinga salsa, fajita veggies, beans, rice, onion, and cilantro (which I omitted). It was spicier than I expected, but I still enjoyed it.

In my opinion, no finer tacos in PDX than those here. Excellent Vegan, Vegetarian, and Standard options.

I really like the food here. I usually come to this store a lot but today everything really tasted spoiled. The little bottles of sauce were already inflated and that's how they gave them to me. Even the water from Jamaica already tasted bad, just so you keep in mind.
I've been really disappointed the last 3 or 4 times I have went to this location. They have become super stingie with their salsa. Their molcajete used to be wonderful. Now they have changed it, switched it to tiny cups, and refuse to let you have more than two tiny cups. The salsa was what made this place wonderful. I hope they figure out their stuff. Until they do, I will switch to the other locations where they will let you get enough sauce.

There was only one person working and they were absolutely killing it, food was very very good. Vegetarian and vegan options make it so easy for any group of friends/family to find something they can eat. I WILL RETURN
Vegetarian options: Soyrizo and different marinated tofus
Dietary restrictions: Vegan option for just about every dish

We got gorditas, huarache, chilaquiles, and agua de Jamaica, y agua de horchata. Portions were big and food was delicious. The agua de horchata was out of this world. The salsa options were fire too. I loved the chipotle sauce
