This was the worst Mexican food I've ever had out. Portland is not known for its South of the Border cuisine, but anywhere in this city has something to recommend. Not Los Pepitos. From the margarita, chile relleno and rice, they were flavorless. The relleno was nothing more than a green chile folded inside of an overcooked omelet. Even the Pico de Gallo was only cilantro and onion. No tomato. I learned my lesson. Save your pesos and go to any other Mexican joint.

Husband was craving some pupusas and this place was nearby. Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience. We were given the wrong pupusas and my food looked good until I tasted the beans….the beans had gone bad. We couldn’t go back and ask for a refund or order something else because we were just passing by. The service is great and all! If your food had gone bad please don’t serve it. Thank you.

It's a quiet place but the food is good if you know what to get. Good happy hour too. I think it's an underrated spot that too many people maybe think should be something it's not. Give it a try and set reasonable expectations and you'll be happy.

Small pupusas. It was ok but I had better. The price was little expensive. I asked for no ice and they still put a lot ice in my drink. :( they didn’t listen. Take like water.
