“Excellent whiskey bar. Good selection of whiskeys and full bar options with attention to detail and balance on cocktails. They take their cocktails very seriously which is appreciated. And atmosphere is unique— old library feel with brass book shelf wheeled ladders (for liquor though), leather seats, and large wood slated floors. Food was so so, but highly recommend for drinks.“

“This was our second time at this lovely lounge. Perfect for romantic date nights or a quiet ladies night. We ordered the farmers board and tried a handful of cocktails all were delicious!“

“A staple of the neighborhood. It’s a low key unpretentious dive bar with good ambiance and great food. The burger deserves special attention. It’s a great spot for some beers and a burger and chat with some of the regulars. The staff is friendly too.“

“This is a great first date place. The food presentation was outstanding. However, we felt it was a little blan. They use RC soda products here, which are flat at the bar but have carbonation if gotten from the back. Amazing happy hour!
Kid-friendliness: Not great for kiddos.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair accessibility tables.“

“Too Soon is a much-needed addition to the Portland scene. The perfect place to relax with friends or even actually meet somebody new worth meeting. Looking forward to checking out their awesome menu! Plus the bartenders can make anything and everything ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️“

“Tried the Rum Club on a whim while staying down the street and can't wait to go back! The happy hour punch was a steal at $5 and the pineapple fried rice was a huge portion for 2 of us to share. We also tried both the Burning Son & Doors and Corners cocktails, both were delicious. Service was great, friendly and attentive.“

“I came in late afternoon/early evening on July 4th. They were busier than expected and the staff absolutely crushed it. Shoutout to Chris behind the bar and John in the kitchen. Great people, great at their jobs. Never had a bad experience here and I’ve been coming in on and off for years!“

“Overpriced, but the atmosphere and service are exceptional. I quite like the friendly servers and the kava selection they have is usually pretty great- the servers know what they're talking about when it comes to dosage and the effects of the stuff. Good place.“

“Low Tide Lounge has the kind of laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while. The empanadas and nachos were delicious, the micheladas were on point—and best of all, the jukebox and pool table are both free.
What more could you want???“

“The food is really good and everything is well priced, but the service is non-existent. The one female bartender seemed irritated with us when we walked in. We sat at a table and ordered the food from the QR code. We also got our own water which I'm fine with. But other than bringing over the one n/a drink I ordered, neither bartender checked on us or asked how our food was. We got two salads and two sandwiches so plenty of time to check on us. The only interaction we had was with the male bartender who waa much nicer and brought our sandwiches, but still never checked in. When you close your check on your phone it defaults to 25%. For what? Why would I leave 25% for someone who didn't even speak with me and when Imt doing pretty much half the work myself? 25% is a full service restaurant gratuity and honestly If they interacted with us even a little bit I would have been fine with that. The kitchen staff brought our first food round out and they were very nice. We came in on a Friday night and it was pretty empty, (us at a table and a couple people at the bar), so it is not like they were too busy to engage. I have been here once before and it was a much better experience so not writing this place off, but tonights experience was sub par. Food was bomb though.“
“I frequented this place a lot over the years, it’s nice and intimate inside and a great place for a date night. We don’t usually order food but the cocktails are straight forward and well mixed. It’s not the best place in town to order a cocktail, but it is the best place in “
“Reminds me of NYC, really cool place to grab a drink. Turns info a nightclub after 10 PM“

“Fun place to have an after work drink and nosh. Parmesan popcorn is a salt and pepper cheesy delight. The happy hour grilled cheese was disappointing. Basically dry toast with cheddar in the middle, but the tomato soup was lovely and smooth with a satisfying bit of heat on the back end. The Moscow Mule I had was very good. All in all a pleasant place to meet up with friends. Good happy hour, great service. Attentive without being helicopter service.“

“I am pissed that the bartender changed the music from the juke box. I wasted $5. Never heard a single because she listened to what she wanted. Third time this has happened. I am not coming back here and keeping my friends from going here after this.“

“A Portland institution. Back from closure. Cool place to hang with decent beer garden and pool table. Great happy hour with draft beer at $2 a pint.“
“Bartender with the braids provides stellar service that puts the vast majority out there in this town to shame. This is coming from a fellow bartender in this town 🤣
They’re very put together, incredibly professional yet very approachable & personable. His service was so quick & efficient it made me wonder if it’s even possible for long lines/wait times to exist when they’re working, and his calm & caring demeanor made you feel valued as a customer from the get go. He even remembered my weird ass order right off the bat!!! He clearly knows what he’s doing AND cares about what he’s doing.
This is a true bartending professional who is down to earth & easy to connect with. A true gem that any business would be lucky to have, and any patron would be lucky to experience!!“

“I really enjoyed my visit here. I’m new to cigars but I felt comfortable, and El Borracho is the best cigar I’ve had so far. I’m glad they have a patio because I wouldn’t be able to sit inside. It was a relaxing experience and I’ll be back.“

“I come here with my French expat group. Haven't tried the food yet, but the service and the drinks are great. We're a biggish group and there's always plenty of space to move around and feel comfortable. I like the outdoor space especially. It's spacious but feels cozy as well.“

“Food is alright, just average fried food with the exception of their buffalo wings.
Service is always consistently good with friendly bartenders who are attentive to one's needs. Well made drinks.
Atmosphere, what can I say, it's cozy and warm with soft RGB LED lights giving the room a perfect ambiance.
On Friday evenings they have what is called The Queen's Keys, With notable Portland Drag Queens Saint Syndrome and Nichole Anoscopy. In which they cover popular music in a Lounge style. Think Richard Cheese in Drag. I absolutely love their renditions. It's Soo much fun.
Vegetarian options: The meatless chicken nuggets are bomb!
Parking: Free street parking AFTER 7PM.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to move around. With ADA Restroom.“

“Went to Oregon for the first time and stayed in the hotel 10/10. I’m glad they had a restaurant there able to get drinks and go up to my hotel with no problem definitely recommend. We went every night to get a drink since they had a drink package deal for Labor Day so we got free drinks for every stay. Thank you Kevin for serving us each night!! Will definitely return back.“

“Lagos just recently opened in a space that has been vacant a while. We stumbled across it during Pride, and their happy hour (3 - 6 PM) must offer some of the best value in the city in 2025. Delicious $5 drinks and while we didn’t try the food, what we saw coming out of the kitchen looked great. Our bartender Sweetness was so friendly and really made our day. We’ll be back.“

“I had a fantastic time here watching the sunset! The staff took great care of us, specifically the manager Sally and our server Soren. We felt welcomed and that they were excited to have us there! The space is fantastic, both indoor and outdoor. Definitely a great spot all year round.“
“Went on Superbowl Sunday. Nice people, the Bartender was absolutely wonderful! First time visit, and I was made to feel very welcome in a bar that appeared to be regulars. Also, the $10-20 cost I provided reflects the fact that I was there for a couple. Also, I tip.“
“Not only did every drink I get from here absolutely slap, but there was a girl in pink, who went out of her way to find me what I needed in order to have a wonderful night. Every bartender that served me was polite and courteous, and made a wonderful drink.. if I could write service more, I would“

“Stopped by on my first visit to Portland from Seattle.
There are no more than 3 or 4 cocktail bars in all of Seattle that hold a candle to this place. Incredibly inspired menu with well constructed drinks that are genuinely creative.“
