We had a great time. The service was fantastic and the food was quite good. Prices were reasonable. We all had steaks which were pretty good. Next time would like to try some of the other entrees. It was very busy but not terribly noisy. The staff was great and the general manager Heather was hopping, helping the wait staff take orders and serve entrees.

Does the restaurant need a face lift, yes, but the service and the food outweigh the fact that the ambiance needs updating. I'm not sure why more people don't go here for dinner but I'm also glad as I can always get a table every weekend. We go here 2-3 times a month and love it.

Decent food, nice place to unwind with fireplace. Service is good. It's located in the Best Western Hotel. Has a wheelchair ramp going into the bar. Comfortable seating and a good liquor and wine selection.

For a steakhouse my expectations were high. Unfortunately, the meal wasn't great and the steaks were poor quality with lots of fat, cooked without any type of seasoning and relatively tough to cut and eat.

If you like hanging out with the sort of crowd that will be having a steak at 4 and also likely presenting a coupon for that meal, this is your joint. The drinks were decent.

The service great and friendly. We both ordered the NY steak. It was cooked to perfection but was extremely tough. The potatoes and asparagus were both great. The Caesar salad and the potato soup were very good. Unfortunately, there was a large group in the area who were exceedingly loud. They had a very good time.
We needed a place to have Thanksgiving dinner on short notice. All the obvious places were booked. Fortunately Steakhouse 9900 was available. Very nice all around. They added turkey to the menu and it was excellent. One of our party had the filet which was cooked just the way she wanted it and was excellent. Highly recommend this place.
We love this place. It's our third time this year and it never disappoints. Great food with wonderful service. Hard to beat! We will be back. Also, a cigar bar upstairs for those who enjoy that experience.

It was a Thursday night so we ended up getting the restaurant to ourselves which was very nice. The staff was very courteous and greeted us with birthday wishes! The food was well priced and it was delicious. This is a little gem in the middle of nowhere inside a hotel with weird parking, but it was worth it.

Fine dinning but reasonably priced for that . My hubby had a gr8 porch chop with sides that came with the meal . I had a pasta that had chicken and a smoky flavor sauce with mushrooms . Very hood a change of pace from other pasta . Very hood service . Menu is limited but that’s thru only down fall .

We’ve been here twice now and the same waitress is running the whole place. She’s friendly and helpful and even though we showed up on a busy night where people were playing trivia, she was great about checking on us and refilling drinks and making sure all was well. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Filet. Cooked to perfection. In-house Caesar salad was great. Service was professional and friendly. Food served at appropriate pace and correct temperature. A go to when in the Portland area!! Oh, and follow up with a night cap and smoke in the Chamber at 9900 cigar bar upstairs.
