From start to finish, we had a fabulous meal! Thank you for making my husband's birthday so great.
The gnocchi with asparagus was very light with hints of lemon. Panna cotta was perfect with strawberries and rhubarb. We liked that ingredients focused on what was in season and were perfectly executed. Great service and nice wine list.
Our family enjoyed our dinner at Lucca, which is a popular neighborhood restaurant that makes the most of fresh, local ingredients to create delicious, inventive meals. Particularly delicious was the burrata and focaccia appetizer, which featured strawberries and fine curls of radish. The focaccia was out of this world! The desserts were stunning. Definitely try the panna cotta with strawberries and rhubarb and the chocolate budino. The simple spaghetti was also a highlight. The neighborhood is beautiful.
Innovative menu with fantastic seasonal dishes; wonderfully friendly and thoughtful bar and serving staff; always look forward to grabbing seats at the bar or the back room and settling in for a great dining experience.
Love this neighborhood spot our asparagus pizza was out of this world and the gnocchi was better than any I had in Italy
Always a neighborhood favorite. Unfortunately the house level can be rather high. It is rather difficult for this old person to hear.
Nice neighborhood comfort restaurant

I arrived after an appointment and they weren't too far from the clinic, which is a huge plus. The atmosphere is amazing and so comfortable. The service staff and all were very sweet. I had never been here and got welcomed. I was also asked my preference between outside and inside. I picked inside. The pomegranate creme soda is a must. So sweet and bitter, I loved it. The pizza had the perfect bake. A little bit of burn so it improves the flavor. The sweet tomato and lovely olive under tons were so delightful for the margarita pizza. Overall, if you want pizza on the East side, come here.

My now wife and I had our rehearsal dinner here at opening with 12 people. At first, they took a moment to respond to our request, but once we were in touch they were helpful, patient, and flexible.
They were already hosting a private dinner but took us in their dining room and the service was really great. We didn't only feel taken care of, but we felt appreciated with custom printed menus for the occasion and a lot of time taken from our server/manager, Dylan, to discuss wine pairings, food to serve for the table or individually, etc. We tried most food on the menu and everything was either good, very good, or great. The pizza was so good I almost wish we had more, but we wanted to try all of the main entrees.
This was our first time to Lucca, as the location and opening time at 4 was a perfect fit, but we will definitely be back now that we had such a good experience.
Thanks, Dylan and co!

A large Italian restaurant in the historic Irving. They have an extensive menu. We had a pizza. The pizza was okay. The burrata was not a best burrata you can get still it was okay. The service is good. It has a full bar and they serve a lot of cocktails. I should give another try on pastas.

Great food, friendly service, nice casual neighbourhood atmosphere. I had the pappardelle and my husband chose the pork loin, and we shared. Both were wonderful!

The gazpacho was delicious and the Caesar so fresh and interesting that we were completely satisfied splitting both. Our main was the pan seared salmon. Perfectly done as well. Great summer meal with great service.
