My husband and I had a delightful dinner. We ordered three different dishes and each one was fresh, tasty and fulfilling. The wine selection was extensive. Service was thorough. Restaurant is clean and cozy. We will go back and try their other dishes. We highly, highly recommend.

The food at Luce is crazy good. The stuffed trout was perfectly cooked, the gnocchi were pillowy and light in a stunning hazelnut cream sauce. The beef and pork ragu was rich and satisfying. We had the cauliflower and the celery root as sides and they were delicious.

Genuinely awful food. Gnocchi was boiled into oblivion, focaccia was served cold, and the polpette were not meatballs but rather a croquette that tasted like unsalted sawdust. Ragu was actually quite good but not good enough to make up for the rest of it.
Service was bad on top of it all.
I can’t believe this passes for Italian food.

Love this place. I always get the Tagliatelle with beef and pork ragu! Tried the crostini cod and rabbit liver, both were tasty. Dessert was excellent - poached pear was my favorite.

The food was wonderful and the ambience was lovely as always. Enjoy chatting with people around our table. Unfortunately I’ve given this restaurant a try on multiple occasions after going to Italy just to try to capture that feeling. But time and time again, the weight staff and hostess staff are extremely snobby and distracted, and not personalized at all. In fact, waitress last night didn’t even look us in the eye one time. That could be a real improvement to stand up to the standards that Italy is extremely well known for an endeared for at the same time.

So many options for having a dairy restriction.
My perfect order: Fennel Salad Octopus and Potato Clams and Spaghetti Stuffed Trout Pork Chop Cabbage Cauliflower and Pine Nuts
They have lovely wines. The entire crew is amazing and Andrew is the best!

Easily one of the best Italian restaurants in town. Reminiscent in every way to your everyday local spot in Italy, in my experience. Great wine selection, too. Yes, there will be a wait-list, but simply wait next door in their wine bar, share a bottle with friends, then go in and order a ton of food. Have dessert with a chinato and/or coffee.
