This is the best Italian food I’ve ever had and I’m Italian. I haven’t eaten anything since they closed, for weeks now, months? I’m somehow surviving solely on the hope they come back.I’m losing my grasp on time, my whole life is in disarray I was eating here daily. I walked past the cart today and a new business has a menu posted on the front. The sun may be shining today but it’s hard to see the light.

I really hope this place comes back. I do not hesitate when I say the best food cart in portland. The owner should know their chicken Parm sandwhich was akin to a work of art.

Truly fantastic food. East coast transplant that’s been missing great Italian food in this vein for the past fifteen years. My 18 month old son ate a full plate of the salad, pasta, and Brussels sprouts and danced on the table with joy. The chicken parm is perfect, pastas are all varied and amazing.

YUM! I've been meaning to try this place out and today I needed a little extra comfort food. The pasta was amazing and I loved the addition of citrus in the Caesar salad. 10/10 would recommend! I'll be back to try the rest of there pastas and sandwiches just to see what's the best of the best.

This was easily the best Italian food I've had in years. The ossobuco rigatoni was delicious. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the meat was tender and full of flavor, with a nice hit of fresh oregano in a light cream sauce. I also tried the fried chicken sandwich and it too was incredible. Lightly battered, perfectly crisp and lightly sauced on a very nice bun that seemed like it was made in-cart. I will be back as often as I can, their instagram feed is full of very tempting daily food porn.

How have I never been here before?! I came to this cart for the first time a few days ago and oh. my. goodness. That is some bomb pasta! I had the Torchio ai Funghi pasta, which had mushroom and pork sausage with tornado shaped pasta in a cream sauce, as well as a side of brussells sprouts. Everything was so yummy and my leftovers the next day were just as good. Another great thing about this food cart is the location! They're in a small food cart pod with a COVERED and HEATED seating area. Portlanders, you know how crucial this is. There's also a lot of street parking nearby. You know what made my experience here even better? The customer service. The girl running the cart is SO NICE. I can't wait to come back here and try more of the menu!

A salad I would drive across town for! The roasted veggie caesar salad is out of this world. Also tried the chicken parm sandwich and it was just as delicious. Everything here tastes super fresh and I saw them roasting fresh veggies for the salad. Definitely a hidden gem; I’ll be back!

This has to be my favorite food cart in the city. I have tried a few different dishes (squid ink pasta with local crab, prosciutto egg Benedict, polenta e costine...) All those are fabulous! Just perfectly cooked food. Plus they are the nicest people ever!

The food was fantastic!! We told them we were vegetarians and that we would love any suggestions and they told us they would whip up a few things. The salad was beautifully prepared, the roasted veggies had a perfect crunch and the fresh pasta was out of this world. My favorite dish showcases a red sauce which was full of flavor and light at the same time. Would definitely recommend.

We have eaten here twice now and we LOVED the squid ink pasta, the ceppo norcina and the duck orecchiette. Amazing flavors, great prices and unique ingredients.

Stop what you're doing and go order from this food cart. I had the Spanish Octopus Burger & it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The staff was very friendly and I can't wait to try other things on their menu! 10/10 YUM.

Omgoodness! I just had my first experience here, and it most certainly won't be my last! Talk about delicious! Best authentic Italian food I've eaten since my Nana passed. She would be so proud! I will be highly recommending your place to everyone I come into contact with! Not to mention, you outstanding costumer service is a class act! Thank you!

AMAZING. Their squid ink pasta with local crab is at the top of my 'best things I've eaten 2020' list, and is something that once I finished, wanted to go back and order more! Having only eaten here once, my review is definitely based on the squid ink pasta itself, but it's just THAT good! My boyfriend and I came on a weekend night at 5:40pm, just 40 minutes after they opened, and got the last order in before they switched their 'open' sign to 'closed!' They're definitely popular, and you could just see from watching for just a few minutes, how many to-go orders they were getting in. They offer pasta dishes as well as sandwiches, that all sound delicious, but the one I've always seen on Instagram, is that squid ink pasta. It took about 20 minutes to get our food, which is actually pretty fast for how busy they were! We got it to go, and ate it right away in our car (pasta just isn't the same if you wait to eat it!). Right off the bat, I was amazed just by how beautiful the dish is. The black squid ink noodles topped with the white burrata, redish/pink crab, and the mint is a masterpiece! I made sure to mix everything together, and get everything in one bit, and it was literally like an explosion in my mouth! The flavors were out of this world, and every ingredient really shone threw. Best pasta ever!
