Worst service I've had in awhile.Mediocre mac and cheese at Best. If I wanted mac and cheese out of a box I would have just made it myself because that's what it tastes like.

Ordered the "Ponderosa" aka buffalo chicken mac and cheese, OMG absolutely delicious!! Completely exceeded my expectations. The man working also had THE best personality & made the experience 10x better. Definitely recommend and will be back!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The food was horrid. I got a Cajun Shrimp Po Boi Sandwich with BBQ Max and Crinkle Fries. I also go a "Korean" Corndog. The Po Boi was 4 inches long which is more slider sized and for what I paid even if it was good is a ripoff. The bread was stale. The shrimp were bay shrimp with a sweet honey coating like something you would get from an pan Asian frozen meal. It came with wet lettuce, spicy avocado smear and a couple slices of Roma tomato. I was lost where the Cajun part was in this slider. The bbq Mac was slimy and tasted like paste and the fries were soggy. But that was not the worst part. The Korean Corndog was horrid. The meat was burn while the corndog batter was soggy like a sponge after washing dishes. It was tomorous like a puss pocket and the cheese tasted rancid.
The guy was greeting everyone coming in. He was great. My kids wanted everything and kept going up ordering for them selves and asked me to make sure to go on and give a 5 star review cause they loved the food and thought he was the nicest. We were just passing through Portland, but we'll definitely stop by again when we are in town.

Me and my husband stopped here for lunch on our way to the coast and our experience was ImMACulate! The guy greeted us with the best customer service, he told us some great recommendations for where we are staying. He gave us an extra piece of garlic bread for free! He even went and got us some cups of water without us asking because we had no drinks. The food was delicious! Would 100% recommend going here just for the hospitality alone and the food is an added bonus!

These guys are great! I get lunch there at least twice a week.I've had their sandwhiches (so tasty), My favorite it the Pretty Bird. Their Macs, which are the best in town ( love the O.G. My girl luvs the Godfather). Their Shack Dogs are HUGE and AWESOME. Plus, the dudes that work their are cool AF. Sooo glad they're at Cartside!Vegetarian options: My wife is vegetarian. Any of their Macs can be ordered without chickenKid-friendliness: They have a GREAT kids meal. Corn dog, fries, mac and cheese, juice box AND a treat for just $12.

The corn dog was garbage wrapped in mush. Presentation showed that the employee just wanted to close down for the night. Took forever to get the corn dog. This place is all show, straight trash food.
