They just got rid of the BBQ pulled pork for some reason! And the noodle shells are smaller. Don't know what's happening...

This was our favorite place to eat!! But they got rid of the pulled pork and that was our absolute favorite.

Food is subpar at best. Whoever the worker was looked like he just got released from the Oregon State Pen, he was dirty and looked like he stunk. Over priced for what you get. Wait was too long.

We ordered MAC’D through DoorDash and everything was fresh, hot, and packed really well. The mac was super creamy and flavorful, and the portions were generous. We also got the Brussels sprouts with garlic aioli and the cauliflower with ranch, and both were delicious and crispy, even after delivery.
If you’re craving comfort food that still feels a little elevated, this is definitely worth ordering again!

The Mac is okay... I got the hellapeño, and the menu said it was spicy and sweet. It pretty much just tasted like basic Mac and cheese to me though. And heads up, they don't have a restroom and there's no restroom anywhere nearby. So you're best off taking this to go in my opinion.

While the food is delicious the orders are frequently completely messed up. The workers are rude and condescending, they frequently mess up the order then refuse to take responsibility.

3rd DD delivery. Couple of tiny issues, but man, so good. Flavors, portion, value overall worth the hands free, to my door experience. I'm a cook & I thrive on great late night grub of consistent quality... that I don't have to make. Cheers.

I would rate the food but they completely forgot my order. I was waiting for 30 minutes and when I came up to the window they told me they forgot. Definitely just wasted a lot of my time and won’t be going here again.

Ordered off UberEATS. It's fine. I don't think they salt their pasta water because the noodles were pretty bland.

Purchased a $15-for-$30 Clipp voucher for The MAC'D Window, only to show up and find—buried in tiny print on the window—that they require a printed version of the certificate. In 2025. No mention of this on Clipp.com when buying.
This feels like a deliberate setup: lure people in with a deal, then reject it at the window and leave them embarrassed with no choice but to pay full price. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s predatory and deceptive.
If your business agrees to honor digital gift certificates through a platform, don’t sabotage the process with fine print designed to trap the customer. Own your promotions or don’t offer them.
