Best dive bar in this new weird Portland where we have been pushed out.122nd ?!? Once upon of time crossing over past 82nd was like going to the moon, now we live out this way? ... Feels akin to the old matador and the night staff are old school on point. Good pours with snark, random old school punk rock, rap an occasional mearl to confuse. Perfection for my dive bar needs. Loud, gritty, colorful clientele and sassy smart cool staff.
Love the bartenders... It's a relatively quiet bar on the weekdays and can be pretty hoppin on the weekends. Cheap, stiff drinks, a couple pool tables, and slots...it's got what plants crave
Love this little hole-in-the-wall bar! Every time I go in we get the same bartender and he is awesome! Very friendly, and makes really good drinks. It's a great place for a quick little cocktail on the way home from work. It's very clean inside and the food is really good as well.
