WOW, I truly was blown away by my meal. The dumplings are the best I've had in Portland. The dough has the perfect texture. If the owner bottled the chili sauce, I would buy it on the regular. Can't wait to come back to Mama Chow's!

The food was made to order so expect to wait a bit especially if there’s a line. I highly recommend trying it.

Fantastic food truck behind Steeplejack Brewing. One man taking orders and making food, great service, only 15-20 min wait for food and the chow was delicious.
Pretty good! Owner are nice and friendly. Food are just like what I would expect. Great for quick stop by and grab some food to eat!

We were in the neighborhood and stumbled upon Mama Chows and are we glad we did! The garlic noodles were perfectly cooked - not mushy, not crunchy, perfectly aldente, the BBQ pork was just the perfect amount of sweet and savory AND THE DUMPLINGS OMG. Highly recommend!! We'll be back 😊

These ARE the best garlic noodles in the city. Neigh- the world! Jeff knows what he’s doing and the love is apparent in his food. The sauce that comes with the tofu is the cherry on top.
