Literally can't not tell you how amazing this place is. Not only are they the KINDEST humans, but the food was beyond incredible. I was craving shrimp, and it was not on the regular menu since it's a random special. Surprisingly, he said he had some and would make it for me. We had the lollipop garlic noodles which were DELICIOUS, tofu, the fried chicken, and shrimp garlic noodles. They were so accommodating. We will be back 1 million percent.
I re-discovered Mama Chow’s during dumpling week this year (they used to be in a different location) and I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely incredible and I am dying to come back and try some of the other things on their menu. There is plenty of open seating and one table has a fire if it’s a cold rainy day like when we were there. We ordered a couple bowls to eat immediately and I also got one to go, and they were so accommodating to make sure it would still be delicious later (they put the broth in a separate dish so the wontons wouldn't get soggy).

Always amazing and delicious! You can’t go wrong with anything off their menu. My daughter has an egg and peanut allergy and they were super accommodating! She loved the lollipop wings. They also had beef treats for our dog. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. (:Kid-friendliness: Can modify spice and accommodate food allergies.

So yummy! You must try their garlic noodles and chicken lollipop! Only problem, we were the only one waiting but the food took a considerable amount of time to be ready. There was also only one person in the food truck. Portions were good, lots of yummy food.
