Mama's Shawarma was a great place to eat at the food court in downtown Hillsboro. It was really good and delicious; I'd never had anything like it before. I got the Chicken Arabi. It sort of has a pickly, sour, and savory taste to it. I would definitely recommend it. They also give you tons of fries, perfect to share with two people if needed.

Came because of the reviews but found the meat to be more like taco seasoning flavored meat raisins that had been cooked and reheated several times. The dolma was sour and very strange.. not the normal sour.. but the bad sour. Rice was okay. Hummus was pretty thin.. Im trying not to leave a bad review but I'm afraid, if I'm honest and truthful it was just... Meh..
I really hate that it was 25 bucks worth of food. If we had paid 12 for it all we would have expected the food to be what it was.. meh. So I guess the food was... Okay but it cost 2x what it should have.

I had a great experience with this food cart. The food was delicious, and the portion size was amazing for the price — it was enough for two people! My order was prepared very quickly, and the customer service was excellent. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
Extremely mediocre, overly salted, middle eastern food for people who don’t know what it should taste like. Falafel was mushy, lamb wrap was just a gyro wrap, fries were soft…and everything was insanely salty.

I called in my order at 12pm for pick up at 2pm and at 2:30 was told 5 min wait. Spent 10-15 mins on top of that waiting and food still wasn't ready. Foods good but plan on spending a few hours waiting for it to be ready.
