While the spot seems sketchy, it absolutely is not. I have heard rave reviews of Mando's wings for a minute now, and I finally decided to give their cart a shot. The food was very, very tasty. Their burgers are of the smash variety, and the crispy edge bits really pop when it comes to flavor. When they describe their toppings, they're not lying, either - thick cut, peppered bacon just like you would get at a butchers; big juicy sections of grilled white onion with just a hint of char on them; delicious house sauces/aiolis. The fries are nicely crisped, but not overdone, although they are a tad on the saltier side. I can see why this cart has generated some serious local buzz, give it a shot for yourself!

I recommend the remix wings and tenders. They’re cooked perfectly and drenched in a sweet and savory sauce that reminds me of the fried chicken we make back in Hawai’i. I think Mando himself was hustling alone in the truck today. Shoutout to you for working so hard and hooking it up today! My bf and I enjoyed the food - it was worth the wait. Thank you Mando’s!

They need to do better with their timeless. My daughter and I ordered at the same time. It took them an extra 10 minutes to get her order out. Her wings and onion rings were sitting in the frying baskets over the grease when my order was complete 20 minutes later. They hadn't even been dropped. My daughter and I couldn't finish the wings, they were a bit too salty.
Always great food! Lovely employees. And the service is *Muah* chef's kisses.

Mandos IS mandatory! Best wings in all of Oregon! I live in Albany and visit Portland often and make sure I always stop by and get my burger and wing fix. If you see he’s serving Yaki for the day you better get yours quick!
