I ordered through Uber eats so I can’t say much about the restaurant. The food tasted good my only complaint is paying $6 for literally 8 small BITES of chicken.

I went here for my very first time the other day. I was indecisive on what I wanted to order. So I asked for suggestions from the guy taking my order (Julian), who was filling some delicious looking cannoli when I walked up. Julian was extremely helpful, offering insight without being pushy and he did it in a friendly way that didnt make me feel rushed. So I ordered the chicken parm pasta to go. It wasnt peak dinner hours so thankfully they weren't overly swamped with walk up orders. In no time my order was ready and I was walking away with a warm bag that held the most amazing smelling food of my life. I drive for a profession, so I eat and drive most of the time. Not with this. I pulled over to eat it because I felt that if I was driving while eating, I wasnt giving it the respect it deserved. It was phenomenal!! I thank you Julian and I will most definitely be back to try more of your amazing food!

As an East Coaster with an Italian heritage, finding Italian food that reminds me of home has been a bit of an uphill battle here in Portland. However, one trip to Mangiamo changed all that as their dishes taste nearly IDENTICAL to those my Gram used to serve. I've only had two things on the menu but plan to make several more trips to the Chill n' Fill to try everything they have on the menu.
Just an incredible find for us East Coast Italians looking to capture some memories of home.

I recently moved into the neighborhood and their meatball sub has been my go to comfort food. I recently stopped eating meat and had their eggplant parm sandwich. What a great portion. Even my meat eating husband had to steal a couple bites. Amazing service and great quality food 🙂

I moved to the Portland Area in 2000 from the East Coast where you can find a good Meatball Sub every other block, but I’ve been searching for a proper meatball sub for 25 years here…I found it last night! Meatballs are the right texture/taste and size…the roll was lovely and the meat to bread ratio was perfect…Last but not least, an absolutely killer sauce. I WILL BE BACK!

This place is legit. It was hard deciding between all the items on their menu but went with a classic - chicken parm. Wow - the bread was perfect and the marinera was very fresh with whole roasted garlic cloves, not the canned stuff. I'll definitely be back to try their eggplant parm and arancini.

My husband and I had a rare date night out with our toddler and ordered the chicken parm sub sandwhich and the chicken pasta . My husband found THREE different hairs within his sub sandwhich . The man who took our order was bald so we assume it is whomever does his food prep work . Either way , disgusting , enough to ruin both of our appetites and waste $30 we didn’t really have to spend in the first place . Thanks for nothing . Conveniently closed when I got up to go talk to them and demand a refund . Will definitely be spreading my story around town in hopes that someone else doesn’t choke on hairs while trying to enjoy a moment as well . Two thumbs down . Zero stars .

We ordered the grilled chicken pesto pasta, meatballs and garlic bread. The best meatball I’ve had! The flavor was amazing! The grilled chicken was just a tad too dry but the flavor was amazing! Garlic bread was on point, the marinara sauce was fresh!! we will definitely be back and good portion size!! Love that we were able to order a single meatball.
