I ordered the vegan garlic shoyu ramen with marinated tofu, corn, collard greens, and green onions. It was very delicious and filling! There were 4-5 other vegan options beside that and I’m sure that they were delicious too.

Excited to see six vegan ramen's however two of us unfortunately had lots of their mapo pork mixed in that was small enough that I didn't really notice until about halfway through before digging around finding it all on the bottom. It happens and the staff was apologetic but it's still tough to rate it highly or want to come back. Fortunately the popcorn tofu was still really good though.

The Black Garlic Ramen is utter disappointment. Will not compare to ones in Japan or Asia, but this is the worst bowl of ramen I’ve ever had. Zero depth, and tastes like burnt garlic. Just dreadful.

I’m from out of town and not a whole lot of places where I live have vegan Ramen this place is very very good. It has a very robust wonderful flavor. People that I ate with had meat varieties of their Ramen, their review was identical. I did ask for ingredients to be left out for my palate and the people inside the shop were friendly and nice and accommodating! (:

Vegetarian options: Half of the menu just about is vegan

Dietary restrictions: I asked for certain ingredients to be left out, and they made it perfect

Not too bad. I purchased the Black Garlic Shoyu. It was not the best ramen I’ve had, but for Portland, Oregon, they are doing pretty good. The broth lacked depth. The chashu was good.

Great Ramen! I had the Tonkotsu Shoyu and it had an incredibly rich flavorful broth (but not overdone).

Vegetarian options: I did not try the vegetarian options.

Parking: Easy street parking.

Kid-friendliness: Fairly adult menu, but if a child likes noodles, it's totally good.

Wheelchair accessibility: All street level, not steps anywhere.

I ordered a Korean fried chicken thigh. It cost 8.00 for 1. What I got was a burnt chopped up boneless chicken thigh. If they're comfortable sending that out of the kitchen, then I'm uncomfortable eating there. It's a no for me dawg..

I had the Vegan Pumpkin Tantan and it might have been the best ramen of my life. Amazingly complex flavors and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend!

It was good, and I'll probably go back, but it's not my favorite. There were three of us, and we got the tonkotsu, black garlic, and the spicy red. We all tried each of the broths, and we all liked the spicy red the best, plus it had chunks of meat instead of the slice of pork belly. I liked the black garlic broth, which was very garlic (surprise), but the single slice of pork belly could have been less chewy. The tomkatsu would be good for someone who has a mild pallet (also included was a single piece of pork belly). I was disappointed by the egg, which i usually love. They didn't appear to be a marinated egg like i would normally associate with ramen. Instead, it was a soft boiled egg on the runny side.

Wheelchair accessibility: Open seating with movable chairs. The door didn't look automated (but there was more than 1 door option, and I wasn't fully paying attention, so their could be). Self bussing and the food it picked up at each restaurant counter (they might table deliver if requested, but its not the norm).

Recommended dishes: Spicy Red Ramen

Tantanmen was okay, not something I would eat again. It had corn, which I don't really like. Double checked door dash and website menu and it is not listed as an ingredient.

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and steered me to the seasonal specials. I picked pumpkin tantanken, which was fabulous. Flavorful, well seasoned broth, roasted pumpkin, perfectly cooked noodles, egg, and chashu pork.... A delightful and well executed surprise. Sorry I don't live here!

Vegetarian options: As many vegan options as meat options

Love this place, but just ordered the curry ramen, which I've had many times successfully in the past and the spice level was so hot that I couldn't enjoy it. Sad as I was really hungry and excited to enjoy some ramen... I'm home now with a burning tummy from eating half of the dish.. whaaa whaaa, lots of other options I suppose.
