I was seriously craving ramen, and I found a vegan one so of course I had to try it! 🙌 It was loaded with garlic 🧄😂 so maybe not the best choice if you have plans with someone after.😂 But honestly, it was really good! A little oily, but as a Japanese person I was totally satisfied. The portion size was just right too.😆

Ramen is really tasty and packed with flavor. Char siu is very tender and the broth is good. Only thing I didn't like were the chicken tenders. Unfortunately they were over fried and dry. I ended up putting pieces of it in my ramen broth but it was still tough. I would come back for the ramen for sure.

The best ramen in Portland, nothing beats this place! I’ve tried numerous spots, but the flavors here knock it out off the park. Definitely the best vegan ramen spot. The vegan spicy garlic ramen is SO good, especially with the marinated tofu! If you are feeling like extra spice, the vegan spicy red ramen is amazing.
