The food here is amazing, but they are never open when Google says they are. Also when you place a online order they don't make it till you arrive so I'm waiting 15 more min, I live 35 minutes away and I place the order when I leave and it's still not ready when I get there. Good food, bad hours and the online ordering is useless if you are in a hurry.

The food is amazing here. The only problem is the hours. Strange hours of operation and unexpected closures. Here on a Saturday at 1PM, and they are not open. If you do come, and they're open, the alligator poboys and fried pickles are fantastic.

Amazing food. Their gumbo is delicious and all of their sandwiches are phenomenal. Working my way through their menu and I have never been disappointed. The owners are so nice. One of my favorite spots in SE. Try it!!!!

I was able to find this gem on a midweek day. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend the pool boy as well as the jambalaya when they have it available. I will definitely will be going back and tell my friends about it!

Legit, reminded me of NoLa, complete with accent and fried pickles.. hard sandwich to find, tougher to do it right, these guys have it dialed. Thank you, roll is key.

They start the order for drivers when arrived at car food. Not ready as the timer on app is supposed to be. Takes around 15-20 for you to be waiting! They should stat order in advance.

I was skeptical, and then I ate the muffaletta! If you can get a muffuletta this good outside of NOLA, they have to know what they’re doing (I lived in New Orleans 4 years). Then I had the catfish special…I’m a fan, a big fan of southern hospitality and charm, great customer service and excellent food!

I have been lucky to visit Nawlins several times in the past, I had a friend that went to Loyola around my 20th. What is not to love about the culture and food, the food, what can we say about the food, delicious in every form, even the chicory coffee. Enough about me. I am a sandwich freak, and the Bayou's version is AAA, done right, food should put a smile on your face, the crawfish & Shrimp Po'Boy, my buddy liked the catfish Po'Boy. Triple A, they were goooooood, that being said, I am smiling and thinking about my next visit and what will I get, Crawfish Etouffee, Gator Po'Boy or Catfish with a Crayfish Etouffee. They are legit Bayou, super friendly.

The Wife and I have wonderful memories of New Orleans, we spent our honeymoon there. It is not hard to become a fan of Creole food and all the other options that area brings. That being said, good Creole food is hard to come by in the Pacific Northwest. Oh, it is around, but rarely is it memorable. It didn't take long to go from hearing about Matt and Memere's to actually standing in front of the menu board and salivating at the offerings. Fried platters, gumbo, jambalaya, fried pickles, catfish, shrimp, chicken, it goes on for a while! We've been here several times now and everything has been just perfect. The catfish, the shrimp and the fried pickles are a favorite of ours. Eventually we will work our way through the entire menu. As good as the food is, the service is even better. You feel appreciated for picking their food cart and as busy as they can get, they always have time to talk to you, make recommendations and help you pair hot sauces. The cart pod is nice, it is sandwiched between a small strip mall and a Chipotle. There is a large, covered area to sit and enjoy your meal.

FANTASTIC FOOD. This place took me all the way back to New Orleans. We ordered a half gator half fried green tomato poboy and a half crawfish half catfish poboy and cajun fries. The gator is PERFECT, if you haven't had any, it is better than chicken. Also, the beignets are amazing, we ate them with blackberry sauce, raspberry sauce and a strawberry sauce. They owners are awesome people and treat you with great kindness. This is a forever place now on my list.
