Maurice is like a hug for your soul. It has a calming and relaxed atmosphere, the owner is kind and it is noticeable that she leads her staff with that same kindness. Time stops there. Food comes slowly, and it is always crafted with care, with only the best and most fresh ingredients. The wine is excellent too. Treat yourself to a delicious, unforgettable meal, and let Danny take care of the wine. You won’t be disappointed!

Everything was flawless. There wasn't a single thing I could complain about. The quiche was the best I have ever had. The delicate touch put on everything is astounding. Pastry so light and flakey that it's a wonder the food holds its shape. My only regret is that I couldn't eat more. It was so good that I found myself wanting to push past the limits of satiation and straight into gluttony. Insatiable is the best word to describe it.
