The staff has become better over the last 4 years , The manager is still the same and she is awesome and quite funny! The crew is what is increasingly better. They use to be HORRIBLE but since she has hired new people , This McDonald's has become a better place for what it is , and the location they are at!

I didn’t get a chance to rate on my app but one of the girls who was working at the cash register March 28th 2020 was very rude you might be busy but it doesn’t give you a right to lie to your customers and when you get called out on it to be really rude to them you are supposed to provide service not argue with the people who make your job possible. Just because of this lady is the reason I will never come here again nor deliver food for you guys again. On top of that some of the rules they have with doordash were also broken.

Terrible employees. Rude employees. Manager was rude and unhelpful. This is by far the worst McDonalds in the entire country I would avoid this location like the plague, and the plague is probably what they are serving here.

They were open and I was downtown in Hungary I was unaware that you cannot sit to hunting Heat neither were some other people we were caught by surprise but the people are very upbeat making you feel comfortable and I don't eat fast food

Best McDonald's in the area, the bathroom is the only one the homeless are allowed to use. So have a heart ? give when you can, personally I love jumping off the bus walking in and out in three minutes and jump on my next bus. I can Always count on fast food and for fresh food you need to ask, prepared to wait. Always double check complicated orders. Great service.

Convenient for those down town and want lunch. Place gets busy during lunch and dinner hours. But the company is well organized and get people in and out quickly.
Place wasn't very clean, staff was all over the place. They charge you for another drink just for a fill up, why? I'm sure you guys make enough money to give out more soda. Change it up a little I'd say. Another thing I disliked is the fries, and burgers were cold when I got them. Not Happy about that and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Horrible customer service.

Was just waiting online at the restaurant to order and the hound guy with the ponytail told me to leave and I asked why and he told me that he has no reason. He needs to get fired and stop being rude to customers. Peace of crap. Not very customer friendly and had to go to subway. If the owner reads this, this happens to anyone that goes there. Fire his a**
