Ordered ahead so I didn’t have to wait. Made me wait 10 mins in the drive thru and then told me I would have to pull ahead and wait. Ten cars and 20 mins later my food came out, they messed up my order and the food was all cold

Food was surprisingly fresh. We got chicken nuggets and a Big Mac with fries.
Low score is because they had issues with their drink machine. No ice (they had to get you ice from the drive-thru’s drink machine) and all sodas were warm and thus lacking carbonation, so all sodas were FLAT. They were not telling customers about this until AFTER we all paid and tried our drinks. At least 6 other customers in store

Terrible service from the employees in the morning. When they feel like opening the lobby at 6 a.m., they open it, and whenever they feel like it, they open it at whatever time they feel like. If you go through the drive-up window, they treat you badly.

They didn't put onions on my cheese burger like I asked make me happy to be able to eat my meal and fresh hot French fries I couldn't be happy I got the two cheese burger large drink large fries. Whatever like 10 11 doller meal Total worth it and great costumer service the manager guy let me know my fries where super hot so I didn't burn my taste buds I appreciate that a lot thanks mc Donald.

Order a small shake, the whipped cream on the shake had gone bad. Only had a tiny sip of it and it has given me the worst stomach cramps I’ve ever felt. Keep upchucking sour whipped cream

They never get my order right at this location always have to go back for them to correct it. It is getting ridiculous. Then when you call the manager he sets the phone down and will not talk to you. I think his name was David but I'm not sure. They have the worst management and the worst customer service. It seems like they don't care about anything besides a pay check, but what they don't understand is the customer pays there pay check. If you don't have customers you don't have a check. Fix what you messed up on.
