They never get my order right at this location always have to go back for them to correct it. It is getting ridiculous. Then when you call the manager he sets the phone down and will not talk to you. I think his name was David but I'm not sure. They have the worst management and the worst customer service. It seems like they don't care about anything besides a pay check, but what they don't understand is the customer pays there pay check. If you don't have customers you don't have a check. Fix what you messed up on.

The worst McDonald's in the area, they serve cold food, the coffees are served as they want, an example is that you order a coffee with a certain amount of sugar and they put what they want, the service is bad on the part of the Latinos , especially from a man who apparently has been working there for a long time, because his service is terrible and he is indifferent and rude to his colleagues, because I have visited them on several occasions and the service is always bad. They take the orders wrong and when it comes time to pay or collect they must be rectified because they always give everything wrong. They should monitor the poor performance of their employees and provide a solution for the benefit of everyone.

Store manager is untrained, and doesn’t indicate she understands table service. Like McDonald’s many years ago, she expected customers to pickup at counter. While my breakfast had been paid for and was bagged instead of on a tray, she didn’t (or couldn’t) read the attached paper receipt. After 10:30 am, she said “Breakfast is over!” even as I pointed out on my device that I had paid at 10:19.

I've been here a number of times without issue. However, This particular time, they forgot 2 orders of chicken nuggets. There was a slight issue with getting them back due to a language barrier, but i did receive them.
Parking: Construction currently happening, difficulty with flow of traffic somewhat

When I arrived I first needed to use the restroom. Upon entering it initially appeared and smelled clean. There were two stalls: the first stall wasn’t flushed and the second stall the trash can was overflowing and had used/discarded feminine hygiene products (plural) prominently on the top ?. I used the bathroom and then discovered there was no toilet paper! Both toilets appeared as if they hadn’t been cleaned in some time and to boot there were none of those paper sanitary toilet seat covers which I found odd seeing as though I thought that was the norm or mandatory for a publicly used restroom? ??♀️When I went to wash My hands only one of the soap dispensers had soap in it and the one that had soap was dilapidated. Hair was in both sinks. So, I place My order and the cashier seemed “okay” for the most part, however the person who HANDED me my order didn’t make any eye contact. I said “Thank You!” and their response was a very dry and aloof… “yup!”.
At least the meal was good.
